Η αξία των προϊόντων που αγόρασα είναι παρα πολύ μικρή σε σχέση με το πλήθος των υπολοίπων που έχει το site αλλά η παροχή της υπηρεσίας παρέμεινε υψηλή. In two days the order was delivered. Κανείς δεν μπήκε στον κόπο να με ενημερώσει ότι για την αλλαγή αυτή υπήρχε έξτρα χρέωση, μόνο όταν τους παραπονέθηκαν αναγνώρισαν μεν το λάθος τους, με χρέωσαν δε για δική τους υπαιτιότητα! Δεν είναι το ποσό που με ενόχλησε αλλά η ανευθυνότητα τους και η αποφυγή αποδοχης εξολοκλήρου της ευθύνης για κάτι που αποδεικνυοταν γραπτως. Θα το σκεφτώ σίγουρα να ξαναψωνισω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα! I am changing my rating because when I received my order it was not exactly what I asked for in size, although there was a written request for this change. No one bothered to inform me that there was an extra charge for this change, only when they complained they acknowledged their mistake, and charged me for their own fault! It is not the amount that bothered me but their irresponsibility and the avoidance of accepting full responsibility for something that was proven in writing. I will definitely think about shopping again from this store!
