Good prices

Somehow they do not have products in stock despite the site states they are available. They end up pushing similar or identical but more expensive products to you.

Totally not satisfied. Very arrogant approach by the amatur staff. The Story is: I have gotten an apartment in Thessaloniki and decided to obtain brand new kitchen appliances. So naturally I went on Skroutz.gr and this place poped up and got me interested due to on their website prices being displayed at very attractive rates! Did go there and was approached by the 6ft tall guy he spoke to me in Greek, once he heard I speak broken greek he stopped me and got a colleague who apparently new propper English. So we go on she comes over and starts speaking to me in English must say she did hear me out seemingly professional. I told her exactly what I want and abruptly she started forcefully to sell me other brands, I did specify that I am interested only in my choice of products. Then she says she's not sure what is present in their warehouse, I'm like please phone, she says to me I'd be waiting for up to two years so no point me being persistent with my choice. I politely asked if she could phone management and sort out info about my choice of products, since she hasn't told me that they are not selling them anymore. So basically after 15minutes talk, she put on a unfriendly face and told me she's doing all she can(she still hasn't rung to enquire) and tells me to get real either buy stock off the floor or wait 2years! And advises me to learn how things move in Greece. I say, I see Thessaloniki as a EU metropolis of 1.5mil population in a EU state since 1981 well before more than half of the EU states joined the EU! But the Greek ways of dealing in Business and Commerce are last in the EU!

Nice friendly staff, they could improve alot their delivery times

The workers were very helpful with what I was looking for. I have to admit they gave me honest overviews of the products I was interested in. I chose to visit them for my electric appliance needs, since the shop is greek and smaller than the typical franchise stores offering these products. They have a wide variety of products, everything from toasters to fans to refrigerators. I was satisfied overall with the service and with the prices.
