Do not come here if you are British!!!
All the staff were extremely rude and quite frankly couldn’t be bothered to serve us or make our food.
The manager in particular tried to take more money from us when paying then necessary and was incessantly obnoxious throughout our experience within this abomination of a bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not friendly here at all. We were polite and the staff were so rude and served us poorly such as throwing together an appalling club sandwich. Not accommodating to tourists at all. The manager was even talking about us to other staff members in front of us and they were all laughing. Then when we tried to pay, they tried to con us out of €10 euros. Do not use cards there they have an extortionate fee! Worst bakery I have been too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ok. I found better bakeries during my stay in Greece. Plus the person in charge of preparing my coffe and other members of the staff had quite a presumptuous attitude when I requested a "latte macchiato" apparently is either a latte or a macchiato anyway I am not a barista I just wanted a coffee and I found their reactions quite arrogants. It would be good that they get used to dealing with tourists. I don't mind to get corrected as long as it's done in a polite way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful birthday cake. Not any professionalism at all. We asked for the birthday cake on the left and we are given the right one. Almost destroyed our surprise birthday party because we had no time to order another birthday cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each franchise's has similar products. There's no difference between the products, but what makes each store unique is their staff and their....toilets. I had the chance to visit Elias toilets in Alimos, and they were like hospital toilets for the patients. At least they had soap. Their stuff is just...meh. I've been there other times as well, in order to ask for water, but I was indifferent about the staff.
