★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always buy our olive oil from the cooperative association "Artefakt Olivenölkampagne" and we were in Crete for 2 weeks. We wanted to visit one of the producers from Artefakt.
Many thanks to Demetrios, who guided us through one of his olive fields and the bottling facility in Chania.
He was happy to answer all our questions. We also had a short tasting of his variety of olive oils, which is really delicious. It was very interesting to learn so many details of olive cultivation and see where the pruducts come from. We took the chance and stocked up on our olive oil and bought some from Demetrios :D *yummi*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with the product itself: perfect quality, even friends noticed a difference in our tomato/mozzarella salad. We brought 3 liters home and we used one liter already after 5 weeks. It’s simply amazing.
We are from Germany and we heard about Elidia in a podcast. They really do care about their product. They are part of a company (Artefakt) that has very high standards when it comes to olive oil.
