I will start by saying that Mr. George in the service of the Kalamaria store is very kind. Our mattress has been coming since Saturday and the same day we are notified that it has arrived. They also tell us that the company's policy is to send the mattresses on Tuesdays. On Monday the government announces at 13:00 that from Tuesday we will have a lockdown here in Thessaloniki. We call them as soon as we hear it (same day, ie Monday) to send them because the next day they will not be able to since everything will be closed.
