m	maria divri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εταιρεία απαράδεκτη στο σέρβις χάλασε η δερμάτινη στα 3 χρόνια!! Μου ζήτησαν 400 Ε για επισκευή και σαφέστατα ξεχωριστά το κόστος του υφάσματος..!!! Δηλαδή σχεδόν αγορά νέου κρεβατιού!!! Μια εταιρεία που θέλεις τουλάχιστον 2000ε για να πάρεις κρεββάτι και μέτριο στρώμα!! Μαϊμού η 5ετης εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει στην ουσία τίποτα ακόμα και όταν άλλαξα το ανωστρωμα το πλήρωσα και άφησαν το ίδιο φερμουάρ!!! Αλλαξαν μονο το υλικο!!! ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΑΠΟΛΥΤΑ ΔΥΣΑΡΕΣΤΗΜΕΝΗ!!!! Unacceptable company unacceptable in the service, the leather company broke down in 3 years !! They asked me for 400 E for repair and very clearly the cost of the fabric .. !!! Όταν του είπα περίπου τις διαστάσεις μου ζήτησε τις ακριβείς διαστάσεις μετρημένες με μεταλλικό μέτρο. Ούτε μου έδειξε τα είδη των στρωμάτων που έχουν ούτε προσφορά μου έδωσε, καθόταν σε μεγάλη απόσταση παρόλο που φορούσα μάσκα. Όλα στο πόδι με πρόσχημα τις ακριβείς διαστάσεις. Ε δε γίνονται έτσι οι δουλειές κύριοι. Δείξε τα στρώματα, πείτε για τα υλικά των στρωμάτων, δώστε προσφορά. Τελικά προτίμησα τη media strom της οποίας η υπάλληλος ήταν ευγενέστατη, πρόθυμη να εξηγήσει κ να δώσει προσφορά κ πληροφορίες. I went for a mattress and the clerk said he did not want to serve. Y	Yiannis Farasopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόσφατα αγοράσα ένα Bliss(firm) το οποίο οταν ήρθε σπίτι δεν είχε καμία σχέση, ως προς την σκληρότητα, με αυτό που δοκιμάσαμε στο κατάστημα. Και αυτό είναι μεγάλο λάθος καθώς δεν γίνεται να αγοράζεις κάτι διαφορετικό από αυτό που δοκιμάζεις! Είναι σκληρό σαν ταύλα, δεν συμπιέζεται καθόλου και είναι σαν να κοιμάσαι στο πάτωμα. Ξυπνάς το βράδυ από μυικούς πόνους. Δεν απορροφεί, δεν συμπιέζετε. Μετά από επικοινωνία με την εταιρία, μας είπαν οτι το στρώμα δεν αλλάζετε καθώς έχει βγει από την συσκευασία του και να κάνουμε υπομονή θα μαλακώσει. Πως θα μαλακώσει αν δεν συμπιέζεται; Ή μόνη λύση που μας πρότειναν είναι ανώστρωμα, το οποίο φυσικά είναι ένα εξτρα κόστος, ΧΩΡΙΣ να ξέρουμε και να είμαστε σίγουροι αν το στρώμα θα έρθει σε επιθυμυτά επίπεδα. Η κριτική γράφεται εδώ καθώς αγοράστηκε από το κατάστημα χολαργού, χωρίς να θέλω να θίξω το άριστα ενημερωμένο, φιλικό προσωπικό που μας εξυπηρέτησε. I recently bought a Bliss (firm) which when it came home had nothing to do, in terms of hardness, with what we tried in the store. And this is a big mistake as you can not buy something different from what you are trying! It's hard like a brick, it doesn't compress at all and it's like sleeping on the floor. You wake up at night from muscle aches. It does not absorb, you do not compress. After contacting the company, we were told that the mattress does not change as it has come out of its packaging and be patient it will soften. How will it soften if it is not compressed? Or the only solution they suggested is a top coat, which of course is an extra cost, WITHOUT knowing and being sure if the mattress will come to the desired levels. The review is written here as it was purchased from the cholargo store, without wanting to mention the excellently informed, friendly staff who served us.

Περιμένω εξελίξεις από την πλευρά τους και θα επανέλθω με κάθε τρόπο. Συνέχεια εξελίξεων, Φεβ 2022 ! Η Εταιρεία αποδείχτηκε πλήρως αναξιόπιστη !Δεν παραδέχονται τίποτα σε σχέση με το άθλιο στρώμα τους και η εγγύηση είναι μόνο για τυπικούς λόγους αφού δεν συζητούν καν ,απολύτως κανένα θέμα αστοχίας κατασκευής ή υλικού ! Τη συνέχεια θα τη δουν μέσω του Συνηγόρου του Καταναλωτή... !Σε πρώτη φάση..! Μακρυά τους ,αν δεν θέλετε να μπλέξετε,να ταλαιπωρηθείτε και να πετάξετε τα χρήματα σας !!
