Έ	Έλλη Ελχάη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκτός του ότι μας έδωσαν λάθος μπαταρία γιατί δεν έκαναν τον κόπο να ανοίξουν το καπό να δουν τι μπαταρία φοραει το αυτοκίνητο, ήξεραν είπαν..., ότι ξαναπηγαμε για να μας δώσουν την σωστή, κι ενώ έχουμε παρκάρει κανονικά στο πάρκινγκ του καταστήματος, μας κλείνει το μισό αυτοκίνητο ένας άλλος πελάτης.ξεπαρκαρουμε μετά από 3-4 μανούβρες, όπου βγαίνει ο υπάλληλος (Που είχε κάνει και το λάθος με την μπαταρία) και με θράσος μας την λέει κιόλας . Γιατί κορναραμε λέει, αφού είχες χώρο.... Απαράδεκτη επιχείρηση. .. Από μένα ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ Except they gave us the wrong battery because they didn't bother to open the hood to see what battery the car was wearing, they knew they said ..., we went back to give us the right one, and while we parked normally in the parking lot of the store, we another customer closes the car halfway through. s	stathisevia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια φορά μου έτυχε να μείνω στο δρόμο με το αυτοκίνητο με ηλεκτρολογικό πρόβλημα, ο υπάλληλος μου βρήκε το ανταλλακτικό που χρειαζόμουν με βοήθησε να το συναρμολογήσω δεν θυμάμαι το όνομα του άλλα ήταν άψογος. Η τιμή καλή αν δεν είχα πάει στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα νομίζω θα είχα πληρώσει διπλασία τιμή την ζημιά που είχα πάθει στο αυτοκίνητο. F	Fotis Biniaris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανταλλακτικό (διακόπτης)είχε σε Αθήνα 25€ πρόσφατα αγορασμενο και από όχι εξειδικευμένο κατάστημα κ χρειάστηκα δεύτερο το είχε 40€ ακριβώς το ίδιο! Και οι δύο βγάζουν εννοείται όμως μέχρι ένα όριο! Απάντηση : ακριβώς της ίδιας εταιρείας ήταν το ανταλλακτικό , τα περί μυαλού νομίζω δεν λέγονται από έμπορο σε πελάτη , είναι αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά Spare part (switch) had in Athens 25 € recently bought and from a non-specialized store and I needed a second one, it had 40 € exactly the same! Both come out of course but up to a limit! Answer: it was exactly the same company as the spare part, I think the mindset is not said from trader to customer, it is unprofessional behavior
