Η ανάληψη από μέρους τους μίας εργασίας δεν εξαρτάται από το χρηματικό ποσό. Δεν ακυρώνουν μικρούς πελάτες! Ο τόπος προσεγγίζεται εύκολα μέσω της εφαρμογής Google maps!

Εξηγούμε.. για να μην παρεξηγούμε :)..
Ομολογώ οτι δεν περιμενα να απαντησετε τοσο άμεσα και εκτεταμένα.
Βέβαια φιλικά σας συμβουλεύω οτι όπως λέτε στα 20 ή 30 χρόνια επαγγελματικής λειτουργίας δεν γίνεται να μην κάνετε λάθη όπως ισχυρίζεστε.Το θέμα είναι πως τα διαχειρίζεστε και τι λύση βρίσκετε.Δεν ζητάμε απο τον πελάτη λύση για δικό σας λάθος.
Φυσιικά την ελληνική γλώσσα την ομιλώ καλά και συννενοούμε αψογα με αυτήν προφορικώς και γραπτώς.Αν κάποιος δεν την καταλαβαίνει αυτή την γλώσσα δεν φταίω εγώ.
1ον Δεν ζήτησα ατελιέ.Στα 25 χρόνια επαγγελματικής μου πορειας πάντα η αποστολή των αρχείων μου ήταν στο πλαίσιο ''ετοιμα προς εκτύπωση'' με βάση της οδηξίες της επιχείρησης.
2ον Χάσατε κάτι το οποίο πριν 10 μέρες ειπατε ότι όλα καλά και δεν ενημερώσατε για την απώλεια
Δεν θα επεκταθω σε άλλες λεπτομέρειες αλλά αν είχατε ασχολήθει με τον ίδιο ζήλο όπως τώρα δεν θα είχαμε θέματα να συζητάμε

Of course I kindly advise you that as you say in 20 or 30 years of professional operation it is not possible not to make mistakes as you claim. The issue is how you manage them and what solution you find. We do not ask the client for a solution for your mistake.
Naturally, I speak Greek well and we communicate perfectly with it orally and in writing. If someone does not understand this language, it is not my fault.
1st I did not ask for a studio. In the 25 years of my professional career, the sending of my files was always in the context of "ready to print" based on the instructions of the company.
2nd You lost something that 10 days ago you said was all right and you did not inform about the loss
I will not go into further details but if you had dealt with the same zeal as now we would not have issues to discuss
