Στο ραντεβού για να παραλάβουν τα αντικείμενα αρχήσαν 1 ώρα, ενώ είχαμε αναφέρει πως κάποιος περιμένει τα πράγματα στον χώρο αποστολής και είχαμε συμφωνεί με άνθρωπο με Κλαρκ να είναι εκεί ώστε να ξεφωρτωθει το φορτίο κανένας δεν μας ανέφερε ότι τα πράγματα θα πάνε στον προορισμό τους ΟΠΌΤΕ ΤΟΥΣ ΒΟΛΕΎΕΙ. Μάλιστα όταν πήραμε τηλέφωνο για να μάθουμε τι θα γίνει μας φώναζαν και μάλιστα ένας κύριος (ο Θεός να τον κάνει) έβριζε με βαρείς χαρακτηρισμό και έλεγε να κλείσει το Τηλέφωνο. Αποφύγετε αυτήν την την κομωδια που θέλει να είναι μεταφορική πάση θυσία. Μακάρι να μπορούσα να βάλω και μικρότερη βαθμολογία. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα στον να μην πάθει κάποιος αυτά που πάθαμε και εμείς. I do not recommend it in any case. At the appointment to pick up the items they started 1 hour, while we had mentioned that someone was waiting for things at the shipment and we had agreed with a man with Clark to be there to unload the cargo no one told us that things would go to their destination NEVER It suits them. In fact, when we got on the phone to find out what was going to happen, they shouted at us and in fact a gentleman (God forbid) insulted him with a heavy characterization and told him to hang up the phone. Avoid this comedy that wants to be a metaphorical sacrifice. I wish I could put a lower score. I hope I helped someone not to suffer what we suffered.

S	Spyros Stamatis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω λόγια να ευχαριστήσω την κ. Κυριακή και την ομάδα της εταιρίας για την άμεση ανταπόκριση τους σε ένα αίτημα για μεταφορά 2 ποδηλάτων και μιας σχάρας. Δεν ειναι όμως μόνο η άμεση ανταπόκριση αλλά και η ευγένεια με την οποία με αντιμετώπισαν συναισθανόμενοι μια δύσκολη στιγμή που περνάω. Τα άφησα όλα επάνω τους και τα πάντα πήγαν τέλεια. Τόσο η περισυλλογή των αντικειμένων (σημειωτέον ότι καμια εταιρία από όσες ρώτησα δεν προσφέρθηκε να κάνει την περισυλλογή από τον τόπο που βρισκόταν τα αντικείμενα) όσο και η μεταφορά τους στην Αθήνα. Αυτό που εντυπωσίασε ήταν η ανταπόκριση τους στο αίτημα μου για προσεκτική μεταφορά μια και τα 3 αντικειμενα ήρθαν τόσο λεπτομερειακά συσκευασμένα που ακόμη και από το φορτηγό να έπεφταν δεν θα πάθαιναν τίποτα. Οι χρόνοι δε για την περισυλλογή, συσκευασία και τελική αποστολή ήταν μηδενικοί. Το κόστος ήταν μάλλον μικρό για την παρεχόμενη υπηρεσία. Και πάλι ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ και συγχαρητήρια για την ευγένεια, την εξυπηρέτηση, την κατανόηση των αναγκών. Ξέρω πλέον ότι έχω έναν έμπιστο συνεργάτη στην Καβάλα για μεταφορές τον οποίο και συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! I have no words to thank Ms. Kyriaki and the company team for their prompt response to a request for 2 bicycles and a grate. But it is not only the immediate response but also the kindness with which I was treated with emotion during a difficult time I am going through. I left it all to them and everything went perfectly. Both the collection of the items (it should be noted that none of the companies I asked offered to do the collection from the place where the items were located) and their transfer to Athens. What impressed me was their response to my request for careful transport since the 3 items came so thoroughly packaged that even if they fell from the truck they would not get anything. The times for collection, packaging and final shipment were zero. The cost was rather small for the service provided. THANK YOU again and congratulations for the kindness, the service, the understanding of the needs. I now know that I have a trusted partner in Kavala for transportation which I highly recommend!
