Θα επρεπε να ειμαι και "ευχαριστημενη"γιατι συνηθως αφηνουν χαρτακι για να πας να το παρεις εκει!Πλεον στις παραγγελειες μου θα απαιτω αλλη μεταφορικη!!!Απορω πως συνεργαζονται εταιριες μαζι σας, εκτιθονται! The worst metaphor! After 10 days, they brought me the package, not even at the door, they left it in the elevator! Ούτε να χτυπήσουν κουδούνι, ούτε να πάρουν τηλέφωνο... Σε αναγκάζουν να πας να πάρεις το δέμα σου από κει και δε δέχονται να φέρουν το δέμα σε διαφορετική ώρα και μέρα. Αλλάξτε προσωπικό γιατί είναι κρίμα. You are the worst in terms of service. The one girl is very rude and ironic. She is never willing to help. They force you to go and get your parcel from there and they do not accept to bring the parcel at a different time and day. Change staff because it's a shame.

Πότε????? Επειδή μένουμε σε χωριό??? Και τι σημαίνει αυτο? Δεν έχω γράψει ποτέ αρνητική κριτικη για να μην επηρεάσω την εργασία κανενός. Απλα είναι ίσως η 5η φορά μπορεί να λεω και λίγο που γίνεται. A	AMALIA KIOUTOUKIDOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο παραλήπτης ειδοποιήθηκε και επιθυμεί παράδοση αργότερα... μάλλον σε άλλον γαλαξία πρέπει να υπάρχει ίδιος παραλήπτης με μένα, γιατί εγώ δεν έλαβα ποτέ τίποτα.Δυστυχως δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά, αυτή είναι η μόνιμη τακτική που ακολουθούν,η κυρία που απαντά στο τηλέφωνο και συστήνεται και ως υπεύθυνη μιλάει λες και τους έχουμε υποχρέωση.Πλεον ζητάμε στις παραγγελίες μας να τις στέλνουν με οποιαδήποτε άλλη κούριερ πλην της συγκεκριμένης. Επιεικως απαράδεκτοι! The recipient was notified and wants delivery later ... probably in another galaxy there must be the same recipient as me, because I never received anything. Για 4η συνεχόμενη φορά και ενώ βρίσκεται άτομο στο σπίτι κατά την ώρα την παράδοσης, ισχυρίζονται ότι χτύπησαν κουδούνι και δεν έλαβαν απάντηση. Ως αποτέλεσμα στέλνουν μήνυμα/αφήνουν χαρτάκι και εισαι υποχρεωμένος να παραλάβεις από το κατάστημα (κάτι που προφανώς δεν έχουν όλοι τη δυνατότητα να κάνουν). Ακόμα και αν πάρεις τηλέφωνο και ζητήσεις να καταθέσεις παράπονο σε παραπέμπουν σε 5ψηφιο τηλέφωνο που αφορά μόνο τις παραγγελίες. Unacceptable service. Ν	Νατασα Μιχαλε on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου έρχεται κάθε φορά μήνυμα ότι ήρθαν και καλά δε με βρήκαν ενώ ήμουν σπίτι και σε υποχρεώνουν μετά να πας να πάρεις από εκεί το δέμα. Κ αν κατά τύχει στο φέρουν αυτοί στο αφήνουν κάτω στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας και όχι στην πόρτα του σπιτιού. Απαράδεκτοι η χειρότερη μεταφορική στην Αλεξανδρούπολη! Ας την κλείσουν επιτέλους!
