The WORST courier in town by far. The lady in charge is very rude and generally their service is insufficient and unacceptable ... ????????

Το καινούργιο κόλπο βέβαια είναι πως σου στέλνουν μύνημα στο κινητό ότι προσπάθησαν να σου παραδώσουν το δέμα μου αλλά δεν τα κατάφεραν. Έχει γίνει αυτό 3 φορές και χωρίς να μου έχουν χτυπήσει κουδούνι. Πιθανολογω πως δεν έχουν βγει καν από το κατάστημα απλώς βρήκαν αυτόν τον τρόπο για να πηγαίνεις ο ίδιος να παραλαμβάνεις το προϊόν . Πώς οι άλλες εταιρίες courier με βρισκουν και εσείς δε μπορείτε? Unacceptable behavior and courtesy of zero. Especially the blonde lady in the store has no ways. i	irene t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υπάλληλοι που φέρνουν τα δέματα, κατά πλειοψηφία, είναι ευγενικοί αλλά όσοι σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα στα γραφεία αγενέστατοι. Αν χτυπήσει το τηλέφωνό σου και δεν πρόλαβεις για ένα δευτερόλεπτο να απαντήσεις εγκαίρως δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να τους βρεις αν καλέσεις. Ακόμη κι αν το κάνεις το επόμενο λεπτό. Ασφαλώς βρίσκονται πάνω στο μηχανάκι και πιθανόν δεν ακούνε την κλήση αλλά θα μπορούσαν να καλέσουν αργότερα, όποτε δουν τις κλήσεις και βρουν λίγο χρόνο. Στο αίτημά μου αυτό κατά την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μου μαζί τους η υπάλληλος/ιδιοκτήτρια (?) μου απάντησε κοφτά ότι όσοι φέρνουν τα δέματα δεν καλούν ποτέ πίσω κι όταν της επισήμανα ότι αυτό δεν είναι τόσο σωστό με ρώτησε επιθετικά τι προτείνω. Ενώ μόλις το είχα κάνει. Δεν είναι τρόπος αυτός. Κι εγώ εργαζόμενη είμαι και δε θα διανοούμουν καν να μιλήσω έτσι σε πελάτη ιδίως αν μου είχε μιλήσει ευγενικά. Δεν τους χρωστάμε, υπηρεσίες παρέχουν. Σκέφτομαι σοβαρά να αποκλείσω εταιρείες που συνεργάζονται αποκλειστικά μαζί τους. Αν δεν έχουν όρεξη και αν δεν είναι ικανοί να εργάζονται ας αφήσουν τις θέσεις για κάποιον που τις έχει πραγματικά ανάγκη! Awful service! The gentleman I spoke to was extremely rude and shouted and mocked because we were just asking him to do his job! If they have no appetite and if they are not able to work let them leave the positions for someone who really needs them!
