★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς έμεινα ιδιαίτερα απογοητευμένος από την εξυπηρέτηση του καταστήματος. Παρήγγειλα έναν καπουτσίνο με σκόνη σοκολάτας και ένα κλαμπ σάντουιτς για το οποίο ζήτησα να βάλουνε και κέτσαπ. Ξέχασαν και τη σκόνη σοκολάτας και το κέτσαπ και όταν τους πήρα τηλ μου είπανε "Έχετε απόλυτο δίκιο, θα σας τα φέρουμε". Περνάνε 20 λεπτά, τίποτα. Ξαναπαίρνω τηλέφωνο και μου λέει "Έχουνε πέσει παραγγελίες, θα σας τα φέρουμε και θα σας φέρουμε και τηγανητές πατάτες από εμάς". Περνάνε 45 λεπτά και άρχισα να νιώθω ιδιαίτερα ενοχλημένος αφού ούτε καφέ δεν μπορούσα να απολαύσω ούτε το κλαμπ που είχα πληρώσει και παίρνω και ο ιδιοκτήτης υψώνει κάπως τον τόνο και λέει "Σας είπα, κύριε, έχουμε παραγγελίες! Αν θέλετε να σας φέρουμε πίσω τα χρήματα".
Ένας σωστός επαγγελματίας κοιτάει πρώτα να διορθώσει το λάθος του απέναντι σε έναν δυσαρεστημένο πελάτη που παραγγέλνει μάλιστα 1η φορά και μετά εξυπηρετεί νέες παραγγελίες. Επίσης προσπαθεί να μην εξανίσταται όταν παίρνει ο πελάτης να διαμαρτυρηθεί. Κάποιο δίκιο έχει να θέλει να πιει σωστό καφέ και να φάει επιτέλους. Γνώμη μου, από κει και πέρα ας κάνουν ό,τι θέλουν.
Όντας δίκαιος, αναγνωρίζω ότι την 1η φορά έφεραν γρήγορα την παραγγελία και το κλαμπ ήταν καλό, από τη μία μπουκιά που δοκίμασα. Αλλά Χ από μένα. Κρίμα
Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service of the store. I ordered a cappuccino with chocolate powder and a club sandwich for which I asked for ketchup. They also forgot the chocolate powder and ketchup and when I called them they said "You are absolutely right, we will bring them to you". 20 minutes pass, nothing. I call again and he says "Orders have fallen, we will bring them to you and we will bring you french fries from us". 45 minutes pass and I started to feel very annoyed since I could not enjoy coffee or the club I had paid for and I get and the owner raises his voice a bit and says "I told you, sir, we have orders! If you want us to bring you back the money ".
A good professional first looks to correct his mistake towards a dissatisfied customer who even orders for the first time and then serves new orders. He also tries not to get upset when he gets the customer to protest. Someone is right to want to drink the right coffee and eat at last. My opinion, from there on let them do whatever they want.
To be fair, I recognize that the first time they brought the order quickly and the club was good, from the one bite I tried. But X from me. Pity
