★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist yelled at my 2 year old after he fell on the floor and cried with a very low sound and I advise everyone to not come to this hotel until this man is out of here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, Nice staff. there are three floors, get a top floor as not looking at garbage bins or hearing noise from cars as rooms are facing a intersection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel for one night and weren't at all pleased.
There were no free parking spots close to the hotel entrance so the man at the front desk directed us to a farther parking spot. Only after we climbed back to the hotel with our luggage the man realized that our reservation included parking at the hotel. That was clearly something he should have checked when I came in to ask where we should park.
At first glance the hotel and our room looked roomy and nice, but we soon discovered many fatal flaws. Closet doors were coming off their hinges, the bathroom drawers suffered water damage, the bathroom faucet was loose and there was no way to hang the showerhead from above. Cigarette smoke was constantly coming in from all windows.
Breakfast was disappointing. There was very little to choose from and none of it was particularly good. There was no salad, only a few slices of tomato and cucumber on a small serving plate. The coffee was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel and service was excellent! The rooms were big, clean and warm. Breakfast was super quality and variety wise and the lobby had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fireplace with your company.
However, the biggest asset this hotel has is Loukia and Christoforos at the reception, always willing to help and take care of the guests.
