★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend staying at Elma's Villa which was recently renovated with very nice taste. It is a modern and comfortable villa with A/C, WiFi, 2 pools (one for kids and another 1.4mts deep), T.V. in each floor, safe, closets, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a residential area within walking distance of several beaches, parks, supermarkets and simple Greek tavernas. The house has two bedrooms each with private bathroom, and additional guest toilette next to the living room, an ample terrace on the second floor with sea view and additional outside terrace (on the shade) next to the BBQ. It is surrounded with beautiful garden, it has private parking, and it is impeccably clean. The host is very friendly and she tries to accommodate every request from her guests. I was a little worried to rent this house because a double booking review, however you don't have anything to worry if your book through Anna she is extremely nice and will help you enjoy the best time in Chania. We enjoyed a fantastic summer holiday in Elma's Villa and would like to return! Take note that the street to enter the house is the narrow path on the left (don't go up to the church) and finding parking in Chania old town is a little difficult in the high season.
