Staff are very attentive and helpful & recommended lots of places to visit locally. The family especially enjoyed the boat trip!! Elounda is a wonderful place to visit and we hope to visit again and stay at the Elounda Garden Suites again soon. Thanks you Anna and Costa

Also a very good range of hot and cold breakfast. Very near the town centre and the beach but they have a salt water pool at the Elounda Garden Suites Had to give 5 stars for a good all round experience We will definitely go back again
J	Jim Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, helpful and genuinely nice staff. Rooms were spotless and fully serviced every day. Breakfast was excellent with hugh range of both hot and cold foods. Also, wonderful range of sweets! Quiet location only 5 minutes from centre of Elounda.
S	Selina Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very attentive and friendly staff, which is unexpected for a 3 star hotel. Nice atmosphere around the pool and bar. Room was kept very clean. No sea view but location is a short walk to lots of restaurants, beach and amentities. Breakfast is limited i.e. dont expect a 5 star selection but its fair for the price and nice varied homemade cake selections. Drinks on arrival was much appreciated, as was the fruit and wine in the room and the parting gifts. Staff are always happy to help and give recommendations. These small personal touches sets this hotel apart from others and definitely makes the holiday much more memorable and enjoyable. Cocktails in the bar were very good, which is not a given in all hotel bars!
J	Janina Posch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately we only stayed one night! But after our 11-days trip over the island, we can definitly say, that it was one of the best accomodations of our trip. The heartwarming welcome of the lady at the counter (owner), gave as a very good first impression in a honest and not acted way. The accommodation itself looks even better in real, than on the photos. The rooms are very bright, spacious and equipped which makes it a good location for a longer stay there. In total, we have to say that we had a really good time, even if it was only for one night. We really appreciated the effort of the owners and their team. At the departuer we even eve received a little „Goodbye“-gift, which was just a lovely gesture.

All staff fantastic, welcoming, helpful and so genuinely friendly. The accommodation was faultless - we had 3 balconies! We were there 17th-27th May and have already booked to return in Sept 2023!!! Have recommended to many friends! Thank you.

Staff were ALL superb, friendly and helpful. The rooms clean, comfortable, well maintained and serviced and that pool... Perfect. Just a shame it wasn't open in the evenings. Really looking forward to returning someday.

Anna gave us great recommendations on where to visit and everyone always said hello and would do anything to help our stay comfortable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, modern and was cleaned daily. It had air conditioning, fridge, tea and coffee too. We had a lovely outside area which was perfect for a coffee in the morning or a wine at night. They were very kind in giving us both a welcome package and and leaving gift which was a lovely touch! Also the gardens themselves are well maintained and the smell of jasmine as you walk through was incredible. All the guests were friendly and the pool was lovely. Location wise it's perfect, a very short walk from the tavernas, shops, boats and beaches but nice and quiet to retreat to when needing to relax and chill. Highly recommended to stay, was such an enjoyable experience and felt so relaxed. Also the parking was available if driving!
