K	Katerina Christou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με καλούν τουλάχιστον δύο φορές κάθε εβδομάδα, τους λέω ευγενεστατα κάθε φορά ότι έχω συμβόλαιο αλλού και μου το κλείνουν στα μούτρα. Μπλοκάρω αριθμούς πλέον. Απαράδεκτοι. They call me at least twice a week, I kindly say to them every time that I have a contract elsewhere and they are closing it in my face. I'm blocking numbers now. Unacceptable.
Α	Αλέξανδρος Γερασούδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κρίμα που δεν έχει και λιγότερα αστέρια για να βάλω γιατί τους έχω πάρει 5 φορές τηλέφωνο το τελευταίο δίμηνο ,για να κάνω την ανανέωση του συμβολαίου μου, για άλλο έναν χρόνο και με καθυστερούνε ,με συνέπεια να χρεώνομαι με την αρχική χρέωση και όχι με την έκπτωση .Μιλώντας με τον υπεύθυνο της εταιρίας μου δικαιοληθηκε χωρίς να δίνει λύση στο πρόβλημα μου και όταν του είπα ότι θα κάνω κριτική στο google με προειδοποίησε πρόσεξε τι θα γράψεις γιατι θα κινηθώ νομικά !!!! Για φαντάσου λεφτά τους δίνουνε και !!!! I'm afraid I do not have even fewer stars to put in because I've been called 5 times over the last two months to renew my contract for one more year and I'm late, so I'm charged with the original charge and not with discount. d	defense on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην κάνατε το λαθος και επιλέξετε να πατε στην elpedison για φτηνό ρεύμα και καλα. Θα την πατήσετε όπως εγώ. Δεν ξέρουν τι χρεώνουν. Τιμη κιλοβατώρας 063,9. Η λογαριασμοί ξεκινούν απο 68 ευρώ και ανεβαίνουν στον Θεό. Σήμερα 12-01-21 ηρθε λογαριασμος 220 ευρώ!!! Σου δίνουν υποτίθεται δώρο 50 ευρώ σαν νέο πελάτη και πεις να φύγεις οπως εγω στο τετράμηνο τα θέλουν πίσω!! Μ Α Κ Ρ Ι Α!!! ΜΗΝ ΚΑΝΑΤΕ ΤΗΝ ΒΛΑΚΕΊΑ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΤΕ ΕΚΕΙ!!! ΣΑΝ ΤΗΝ ΔΕΗ ΔΕΝ ΈΧΕΙ. Π Ρ Ο Σ Ο ΧΗ!!!! Make no mistake and choose to go to elpedison for cheap and good electricity. You will press it like me. They do not know what they are charging. Price per kilowatt hour 063.9. S	Sissi Zachaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους πήρε 6 εργάσιμες να συνδέσουν το ρεύμα και ακόμη περιμένουμε. Πλήρης αδιαφορία όταν τους είπαμε ότι είναι επείγον. Πετάξαμε ένα ψυγείο πράγματα και ακόμα περιμένουμε σε ένα σπίτι χωρίς ρεύμα. Μακρια! Χίλιες φορες δεη. It took them 6 working days to connect the power and we are still waiting. Complete indifference when we told them it was urgent. We threw away a fridge and are still waiting in a house without electricity. Far away! A thousand times.
M	Marita Christodoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καντε μια χαρη στον εαυτο σας και μην μπλεξετε ποτε με αυτους. Εκανα το λαθος να τους πιστεψω, μου χρεωσαν την παγια εντολη 50ευρω ενω η συμφωνια ελεγε άλλα, και μετα επρεπε να ψαξω να τους βρω για να το διευθετησω. Μου χρεωσαν τα εξοδα αποστολης με κουριερ για να παρουνε τα απαιτουμενα δικαιολογητικα και ηταν πανακριβοι στο ρευμα, σε σχεση με αυτα που υποσχονταν. Λογω οικονομικων δυσκολιων αφησα 2 λογαριασμους απληρωτους και αλλαξα παροχο επειδη δεν ημουν ευχαριστημενη, και μετα απο λιγες μερες μου εκοψαν το ρευμα χωρις προειδοποιηση, βρισκομουν εκτος πολης και γυριζω σπιτι μου μετα απο 3 μηνες και πεταξα το καινουργιο σχεδον ψυγειο μου, γιατι ειχε βγαλει σκουλικια. Δεν ηξερα τιποτα. Ετρεχα να βρω ξενοδοχειο βραδιατικα στην Αθηνα για να μπορεσω να μεινω. Ειλικρινα ο,τι πιο απαραδεκτο εχω ζησει με εταιρια. Επισης οποτε τους παιρνεις τηλ δεν μπορεις ουτε να τους βρεις ουτε να συνεννοηθεις, γενικα αγενεστατοι. Πραγματικα ΜΗΝ γινεστε πελατες τους!!!!!!!1000 φορες να μεινετε στην ΔΕΗ Do yourself a favor and never get involved with them. I made the mistake of believing them, they charged me a fixed order of 50 euros while the agreement said otherwise, and then I had to look to find them to settle it. They charged me the costs of sending by courier to get the required documents and they were very expensive in the current, compared to what they promised. Due to financial difficulties I left 2 bills unpaid and changed the supply because I was not happy, and after a few days the power was cut off without warning, I was out of town and I return home after 3 months and threw my new refrigerator almost out, . I knew nothing. I was running to find a hotel at night in Athens so I could stay. Honestly, the most unacceptable thing I have experienced with a company. Also, whenever you call them, you can neither find them nor communicate with them, they are generally rude. Really DO NOT become their customer !!!!!!! 1000 times to stay at PPC
