★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντάνε στο τηλέφωνο.. Δείχνει συνέχεια ότι μιλάνε και όταν επιτέλους χτυπάει μετά από λίγο κάνει έναν ήχο πολύ ενοχλητικό... Δεν παίρνω στο τηλέφωνο του fax!!
They do not answer the phone .. It always shows that they are talking and when it finally rings after a while it makes a very annoying sound ... I do not get on the fax phone !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατη συμπεριφορά, έκαναν λάθος στο δέμα και αντί για να ζητήσουν και συγνώμη,αντιμιλούσαν και οριακά με φώναζαν.Η δουλειά τους έχει να κάνει με εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, κάτι το οποίο αποδεικνύεται ότι δεν έχουν ιδέα πως να το κάνουν.Δεν ξαναπαίρνω δέμα από αυτός, μόνο ACS,Speedex ή Γενική ταχυδρομική που το προσωπικό όμως αυτών είναι ευγενικοί και συνεργάσιμοι!!!
Very rude behavior, they made a mistake in the package and instead of apologizing, they argued and shouted at me. Their job is to serve customers, which proves that they have no idea how to do it. I do not take a package from him again, only ACS, Speedex or General Post Office but their staff are polite and cooperative !!!
