Βελτίωση του ωραρίου εργασίας χρειάζεται, τουλάχιστον για την περίοδο του καλοκαιριού που είναι αυξημένες ανάγκες. People do what they can to serve. Improving working hours is needed, at least for the period of summer when there are increased needs.

t	texnikos katastimatos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ προσπαθω για τουλαχιστον 3 ωρες (απο τις 10.30 μεχρι και 13.40 να επικξοινωνησω μαζι τους. δεν απαντα κανεις. το δεμα που εχω στειλει δεν φαινεται ουτε να εχει παραληφθει , ενω ο πελατης το εχει παραλαβει με αντικαταβολη. εγω θα πληρωθω την αντικαταβολη μου εαν αποφασισουν να δηλωσουν καποια στιγνη οτι το παρεδωσαν οποτε τι να σκεφτω? I try for at least 3 hours (from 10.30 to 13.40 to contact them. no one answers. the parcel I sent does not seem to have been received, while the customer has received it by cash on delivery. I will pay my cash on delivery if they decide to state at some point that they delivered it so what should I think?
Α	Αποστολης Μ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη κούριερ, επιεικώς απαράδεκτη, δεν θέλουν να φέρουν τις παραγγελίες στο σπίτι και δηλώνουν ότι δεν βρίσκουν τη διεύθυνση για να τις παραλάβεις από την αποθήκη τους, αν δεν ψάξεις μόνος σου για το δέμα σου θα επιστραφεί.... The worst courier, indulgently unacceptable, do not want to bring the orders home and state that they can not find the address to pick them up from their warehouse, if you do not look for your parcel yourself it will be returned ....
G	Giannis Malfas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία ενημέρωση για την παραγγελία και μετά από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα πώλησης, βρήκαμε πως το έχουν στο κατάστημα, όμως έβαλαν σημείωση πως δεν βρέθηκε παραλήπτης. Το τηλέφωνο δεν το απαντάνε για κανένα λόγο. Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Ενώ έρχεται το δέμα κανονικά,δεν μας ειδοποιούν ποτέ ούτε με μήνυμα ούτε με τηλέφωνο κ βάζουν μόνοι τους (ο παραλήπτης θελει παραδωση αργότερα). Το αποτέλεσμα να επικοινωνούμε με το site που έχουμε κάνει την παραγγελία κ να μας ενημερώνει ότι εμείς δεν δεχτήκαμε την παραγγελία κ να ψάχνουμε την ΕΛΤΑ courier κ η περιπέτεια συνεχίζεται κάπως έτσι.... Ότι χειρότερο!!! The worst transport in Preveza! While the parcel arrives normally, they never notify us either by text message or phone and put it themselves (the recipient wants delivery later). The result is to contact the site where we have placed the order and to inform us that we did not accept the order and to look for the ELTA courier and the adventure continues somewhat like this .... The worst!!!
