Δηλαδή κάνω μια παραγγελία και χωρίς να ξέρω την ακριβή μέρα παράδοσης φτάνουνε στο σημείο να κανονίζουμε την συγκεκριμένη πιθανή βδομάδα παράδοσης να πρέπει να είναι κάποιος σπίτι αλλιώς πας στο κατάστημα. Δηλαδή τί πληρώνουμε την παράδοση αφού 8 στις 10 φορές πάμε από το κατάστημα οι ίδιοι για παραλαβή. Επίσης μου έχει τύχει να είμαι σπίτι και να έρχεται μήνυμα ότι ήρθε ο κουριερ και δεν με βρήκε! Ούτε στην κάμερα φαινόταν ότι είχε έρθει την ωρα που μου είχαν πει τηλεφωνικά. Πλέον όμως, καμία απολύτως καθυστέρηση! Τονπρωι φτάνει το δέμα στην Κατερίνη και την ίδια μέρα μου το φέρνουν σπίτι! Οπότε πλέον 5 αστέρια. He used to have issues. Orders were late. I saw through the tracking number that a package arrived in Katerini and she sat there for 1-2 days. I have also been lucky enough to be home and a message came that the courier came and did not find me! It did not even appear on camera that the time had come for me to be told by telephone. As you can see from the attachment, my parcel was evidently sent on a roundtrip around half Greece (obviously by some mistake on their part). It was sent to 3 different cities, crossing my region every time, before actually arriving! When I called and asked about information on my parcel they literally didn't bother AT ALL and told me "that is standard procedure"! No, that's not "standard procedure", I've ordered quite often (even during previous lockdowns) and there were no problems whatsoever! So instead of telling me that there was actually a problem, the incompetent and rude employees just straight out lied to try and get rid of me.
