★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein Paket nach Deutschland versandt - Sehr freundliches Personal: uns wurde angeboten, dass wir nochmal Kontakt aufnehmen dürfen, falls wir unsicher sind (weil sich die Tracking-Nummer meist unterwegs über die Grenzen ändert und nicht mehr so leicht nachvollziehbar ist, wo das Paket ist) - was wir auch gemacht haben. Wir haben Auskunft bekommen und unser Paket ist schnell und heil angekommen. Danke nochmal für den lieben Service ☺️
We sent a package to Germany - Very friendly staff: we were offered the opportunity to contact us again if we were unsure (because the tracking number usually changes on the way across the borders and it is no longer so easy to understand where the package is) - which we did. We received information and our package arrived quickly and safely. Thanks again for the lovely service ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call specially and I ask about what time they close. I was 12 minutes before they close wasn't nobody there, nobody don't pick up phone i knock the door for 5 minutes and nothing ... BRAVO next courier company don't respect people and them time, if I would know that I need make appointment to pick up my package I would make but if somebody on phone tell me that is open till 2 o'clock it should be open till 2 o'clock...
