★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience, avoid it in any way !!!
They NEVER answer the phone especially during the lock-down period which is unacceptable. They proved once more especially at that period how non-professional handle the job of delivering goods. One more time a disappointing experience dealing with them.
NOT recommended and one-star review.

I lost a 30€ purchase because you "returned" it without even notifying me... Great. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takers a day for an item to arrive from Athens to Corfu and around a week for it to be delivered (if at all) by these guys. Terrible service, rude staff and they always try and make you pick up from the store when it is their responsibility to deliver to your door. Seriously, one star is too much.

When I told her I will complain to the citizens advocate she told me I could also call the pope in Rome .She was not afraid.I this this woman should be terminated immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very efficient and polite. A phone call to inform that my parcel had arrived. A choice of collection or delivery. Chose collection. Easy to park in the mornings. Speedy process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse courier on the island. Will almost never deliver even if you pay for door to door. They mark “attempted delivery” in their system as soon as your parcel arrives at their shop but they don’t actually attempt delivery. You must pick up at their shop which has very limited parking on a busy road.
