★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αψογοι,απαντουν κανονικα στο τηλεφωνο και φερνουν τα πακετα σε δυο-τρεις μερες απο την αφιξη στο πρακτορειο.Σε τρεις διαδοχικες παραγγελιες μου,μου παραδωσαν κανονικα τα πακετα και με αμεση συννενοηση στο τηλεφωνο.Μερα με τη νυχτα σε σχεση με το πρακτορειο στην Πριγκηπονησσων που ειναι το χειροτερο ολων.
Μπραβο λοιπον και συνεχιστε ετσι !
Flawless, they answer the phone normally and bring the packages in two or three days from the arrival at the agency. In three consecutive orders, they delivered the packages to me on the phone and by direct appointment. which is the worst of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο σε εξυπηρέτηση δεν παραδίδουν ποτέ με αστείες δικαιολογίες για να σε αναγκάσουν να πας στο κατάστημα ,δύο κοπέλες που λένε ψέματα στο τηλέφωνο για να καλύψουν τον διανομέα και το κερασάκι όταν στο τέλος πας να παραλάβεις αντικαταβολή να μην σου δίνουν σωστά ρέστα

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κατάστημα είναι υπόδειγμα καλής λειτουργίας. Είχα να αποστείλω πολλές αποστολές χωρίς να έχω κωδικό οπότε η διαδικασία ήταν σχετικά χρονοβόρα αλλά τα κορίτσια με εξυπηρέτησαν με πολύ χαμόγελο, ευγένεια, προθυμία και σε πολύ γρήγορο χρονικό διάστημα. Παράλληλα με την εξυπηρέτηση μου, παρατήρησα ότι απάνταγαν όλες τις τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια για το προσωπικό! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.
The store is a model of good operation. I had to send many shipments without a password so the process was relatively time consuming but the girls served me with a lot of smile, kindness, willingness and in a very fast time. Along with my service, I noticed that they answered all the phone calls. Congratulations to the staff! Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bad as often ELTA is. Rude people in the delivery service and the courier never on the right time. What else ...no stars just client mishandling .To be precise: waiting from Cosmotre a parcel with arranged time 14.00-17.00. I was informed from a colleague that an ELTA courier in a hurry was there at 12.50 and as I haven't been there to sign and accept he ordered in a rude way .. Then tomorrow after 11 at didotou Str if you like....The colleague asked him to wait till they find me in phone ....he left in a hurry talking dirty...so next day, Saturday I had to be after 11.00 at didotou ELTA to take my bloody parcel...the girls at the desk never mentioned a problem or even a plain sorry .Just paid and thanked God for my patience.PROBABLY AN EX GOVERNMENT GOOD SECTOR , AS THE ELTA USED TO BE, HAS DECIDED THE ROAD TO PRIVATISATION..Sorry guys never again ELTA even there are there some good employees but the big picture is a situation to avoid.
