O	Olympia Tsendemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπρεπε να υπάρχει (-) μείον στις βαθμολογήσεις γιατί στο μείον είναι η υπηρεσία τους. Αν μπορείτε μην τους χρησιμοποιήσετε ποτέ! Χειρότεροι και από απαράδεκτοι! There should have been (-) minus in the ratings because at minus is their service. If you can never use them! Worse than unacceptable!
E	Eleni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειναι η τριτη φορα που περιμενω δεμα απο την ελτα και τις τρεις φορες μου ηρθε μηνυμα στο viber οτι και καλα δεν με βρηκαν σπιτι, ενω στην πραγματικοτητα δεν ηρθαν ποτε. Ειστε οτι χειροτερο ειλικρινα. Ντοπη σας, κοροιδευετε τον κοσμο. This is the third time I have been waiting for a parcel from elta and all three times I received a message on viber that they did not find me at home, when in fact they never came. You are the worst honestly. Dopi, you are making fun of the world.
Δ	Δωρα Ναση on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο κατάστημα courier..Προσπαθώ 2 μερες να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικώς μαζί τους για να συνεννοηθώ για μια παράδοση που δεν έγινε ποτέ επειδή δεν πρόλαβε να περάσει ο διανομέας.. Παιδιά και εμεις έχουμε δουλειές.. μα 2 μέρες το τηλέφωνο απλά χτυπάει.. σηκώστε το το ρημάδι.. The worst courier store..I try to contact them by phone for 2 days to agree on a delivery that never happened because the distributor did not manage to pass .. Children and we have work .. but for 2 days the phone just rings .. get up the remnant ..
G	George Sideris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εμπειρία... Έδωσα εντολή Παρασκευή 12:00. Δεν παρέλαβε ποτέ κανείς. Αν δεν έπαιρνα δε θα το μάθαινα. Πήρα όμως, μου είπαν "Δευτέρα θα παραλάβουμε". Δευτέρα σήμερα 16:00 ούτε καν το είχαν δώσει για παραλαβή.... Courier... Very bad experience ... I gave the order Friday 12:00. No one ever received it. If I did not take it I would not know. But I got it, they told me "We will receive it on Monday". Monday today 16:00 they had not even given it for receipt .... Courier ...
A	Athanasios S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύο φορές περιμέναμε κάτι από αυτούς και τις δύο "πέρασε" ο κούριερ, χωρίς να πάρει τηλέφωνο ή να αφήσει σημείωμα και χρειάστηκε να πάμε ως την Παιανία να τα παραλάβουμε! Βέβαια, πάντα κάποιος μένει σπίτι όταν περιμένουμε κούριερ, και κανείς δεν είδε κούριερ να περνά!!!! Η υπάλληλος όταν πήγα ήταν ευγενική και είχε έτοιμο το πακέτο, σε 1' είχα φύγει. Αλλά δεν αρκεί αυτό, αν θες να λέγεσαι courier!!!! Ας κάνουν τη δουλειά τους, για αυτό πληρώνονται. Twice we waited for something from them and both times the courier "passed", without picking up the phone or leaving a note and we had to go to Peania to pick them up! Of course, someone always stays home when we are waiting for a courier, and no one saw a courier pass by !!!! The clerk when I went was polite and had the package ready, in 1 'I was gone. But this is not enough, if you want to be called a courier !!!! Let them do their job, for that they are paid.
Σ	Στάθης Χατζηγιακουμής on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά την acs που αρνιόταν να δέχεται πληρωμές με pos τώρα και η elta κάνει το ίδιο. Δεν επιθυμεί ο πελάτης άλλη ημέρα παράδοσης, εσείς δέχεστε μόνο μετρητά στους διανομείς. Πλέον αν το κατάστημα συνεργάζεται και με elta δεν θα παραγγέλνω απλά .. After acs refused to accept pos payments now elta does the same. The customer does not want another delivery day, you only accept cash at distributors. Now if the store cooperates with elta I will not just order ..
A	Alexia Liapi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δέμα (εξοπλισμός cosmote ) δεν παραδόθηκε ποτέ ενώ έλαβα μήνυμα παράδοσης ! Μετά από επικοινωνία μαζί τους με ρώτησαν αν είμαι εταιρία γιατί προφανώς παραδόθηκε άλλου! Κ στο τέλος μου είπαν να περιμένω την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα γιατί δεν είχαν άτομο να παραδώσει ! Τραγικοί The package (cosmote equipment) was never delivered while I received a delivery message! After contacting them, they asked me if I was a company because obviously it was delivered to someone else! Finally I was told to wait for next week because they had no one to deliver! Tragic
