★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM,WE SHOULD BOYCOTT THEM. THEY LEAVE A MSG THAT THEY PASSED TO DELIVER WHICH IS A LIE , THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE . THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS , THERE IS NO REASON FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT WORTH EVEN ONE STAR BUT I COULDN'T POST THIS OTHERWISE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service that you can ever pay. They sent me a package using their courier services and 9 days later they haven’t sent it to me by their office keeping it in their storage. When you pay a service they have to make it work, if they cannot it’s better to change job and let the rest who can work it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing that except the paid reviewers, all customers have something to complain about this horrible service, makes me feel better, as I am not the only who feels like mocked. For sure not a courier service, but more like take away depot, and unlikely to its description with no phone! Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might as well replace the whole establishment with automated parcel/mail pick up lockers and send everybody home.
On many occasions I had to go pick up the parcel myself. Who in their right mind would pay for such horrible service? Rude and unhelpful employees if you ever manage to talk to one of them on the phone because they simply never pick up! As for the couriers they only bother delivering if it's not too far.
One star is way too much for it, I wonder what were the other reviewers thinking when they put down 5...Just take your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rest assured, the worst courier "service" in the city. Actually they don't provide any service at all. They never make any deliveries. They just store all parcels and you have to wait in line to pick up, so you never get the service you paid for. AVOID

If you call, them picking up is a complete gamble.
