★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι. Μετά από ένα μήνα καθυστέρηση το δέμα μου βρέθηκε στο Δερβένι, εγώ μένω Λυκοποριά και ψάχνοντάς το, βρήκα ότι εδώ και 3 τρεις ημέρες είναι στο γραφείο των ΕΛΤΑ Δερβενίου, χωρίς να με ειδοποιήσει ΚΑΝΕΙΣ.
 They are indulgently unacceptable. After a month delay my parcel was found in Derveni, I live in Lykoporia and while looking for it, I found that it has been in the office of ELTA Derveni for 3 or three days, without ANYONE notifying me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεστατοι απο το τηλεφωνικο κέντρο μέχρι τους διανομείς. Παντα λενε οτι έχει πολυ δουλειά και σου λενε ελατε να το πάρετε. Πληρώνεις για να στο φερουν σπίτι. Βεβαια αν τους πεις όποτε θέλετε φέρτε το, στο τελος το ξεχνανε. Για να μην σχολιάσουμε οτι δεν μπορεις να παρκάρεις εκει που ειναι το μαγαζι.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει αλλάξει η διεύθυνση. Δεν είναι στην Αράτου. Δεν το άλλαξαν στο Google maps πάνω από χρόνο. Και δεν σήκωναν και το τηλέφωνο ενώ ήταν εκεί και πήρα πολλές φορές. Εκανα απόσταση μιας ώρας για να πάω να παραλάβω ένα δέμα. Να τους διευκολύνω ήθελα και αυτοί δεν σήκωναν καν το τηλέφωνο. Όταν τους εξήγησα ήρεμα, δεν ζήτησαν 3 άτομα, ούτε ένα τυπικό συγνώμη... Αν το έκαναν δεν θα ανέβαζα κάτι αρνητικο
