M	Maria Cheimona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση στο φυσικό κατάστημα είναι πολύ καλή και το δέμα από την παραλαβή μέχρι το ΚΤΕΠ φτάνει σε σχετικά σύντομο χρόνο. Ωστόσο υπάρχει σοβαρό θέμα επικοινωνίας με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, όπου δεν απαντάνε ποτέ, δεν είσαι καν σε αναμονή εξυπηρέτησης, απλά μετά από λίγα δευτερόλεπτα (ακόμη και νωρίς το πρωί που δεν υπάρχει πολλή κίνηση) βγαίνει αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα ότι δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμος εκπρόσωπος και η γραμμή κλείνει. Ως εκ τούτου χρειάζεται να πας εσύ για να εξυπηρετηθείς. The service in the physical store is very good and the parcel from the receipt to the KTEP arrives in a relatively short time. However there is a serious issue of communication with the call center, where they never answer, you are not even waiting for service, just after a few seconds (even early in the morning when there is not much traffic) an automated message comes out that there is no representative available and the line closes. Therefore you need to go to be served.

Έχω γυρίσει όλη την Ελλάδα, παντού το ίδιο πρόβλημα: υποτίθεται ότι πέρασαν από το σπίτι και δεν βρήκαν κανέναν! Βέβαια στην Ελευσίνα έχουν και δική της πρωτοτυπία: δεν σηκώνουν και το τηλέφωνο! Και δεν είναι μόνο ότι δεν το σηκώνουν. Το έχουν ρυθμίσει έτσι ώστε να χτυπήσει μερικές φορές και μετά σου λέει: δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμος υπάλληλος, πάρτε αργότερα! Προφανώς για να μην τους ενοχλεί κανείς! Και όλα αυτά 21 (!!!) ημέρες από την αποστολή του δέματος από Αυλώνα προς Ελευσίνα!!!! Δεν τον κλείνετε τον στάβλο, να φάει ψωμάκι κανένας που δουλεύει πραγματικά; ELTA Courier works in most parts of Greece to work in Elefsina! Αναμένουμε ένα δέμα από τις 5 του μηνός έχουνε φτάσει 17 και ακόμα τίποτα είμαι περίεργος γιατί να τους πληρώνουμε τηλέφωνο βέβαια δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ γιατί ξέρουν ότι θα τα ακούσουν... Οτιδήποτε παίρνω μέσω e-shopping εύχομαι πάντα να μην είναι με ΕΛΤΑ courier η παράδοση βέβαια τηλέφωνο εκεί που έχω κάνει τα ψώνια μου και τους κάνω ρεζίλι... The worst courier company in the world ... D	Dejo Raps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι όλη μέρα σπίτι, γράφουν οτι ήρθαν ενώ δεν ήρθαν ποτέ και να πάω να παραλάβω απο το ΚΤΕΠ. Αποφύγετε τη συγκεκριμένη εταιρία είναι λαμόγια! I am home all day, they write that they came while they never came and I am going to pick up from the KTEP. Avoid this company is greedy!
M	Melpomeni Kalaridou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν απαντούσαν στο τηλέφωνο, για να γνωρίζω σε τι στάδιο βρίσκεται η παραγγελία, ενώ είχα ενημέρωση από το κατάστημα ότι η παραγγελία έχει αποσταλεί ήδη πολλές ημέρες πριν στην ταχυμεταφορική. Όταν τελικά παρέλαβα το δέμα, ο υπάλληλος με ενημέρωσε ότι είχε γίνει προσπάθεια επικοινωνίας από τον προηγούμενο κούριερ και ότι δε σήκωσα το τηλέφωνο! Του εξήγησα ότι ποτέ δεν έλαβα κάποια κλήση και ρώτησα τον συγκεκριμένο υπάλληλο πώς γίνεται σε αυτόν να σήκωσα το τηλέφωνο. Μου το δικαιολόγησε, λοιπόν, λέγοντας ότι πιθανότατα να μην με κάλεσε εν τέλει ο προηγούμενος, αλλά να έψαξε το κουδούνι του σπιτιού μου και να μη βρήκε το όνομα! Γενικά δε γράφω αρνητικές κριτικές αλλά τη συμπεριφορά της συγκεκριμένης εταιρίας τη θεωρώ αντιεπαγγελματική και δε θα ξαναπροτιμήσω τις υπηρεσίες της. I explained to him that I had never received a call and asked the specific employee how I could pick up the phone. So he justified it to me, saying that most likely the previous one did not call me in the end, but searched the doorbell of my house and did not find the name! Generally I do not write negative reviews but I consider the behavior of this company unprofessional and I will not prefer its services again.
