★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειροτερη μεταφορικη, ειδικα εκει στο Σχηματαρι αγεναστατοι και καθολου εξυπηρετικοι. Ενω εχω πληρωσει να μου ερθει στο σπιτι δεν εμφανιστηκαν ποτε και αφου τους καλεσα εγω ειπαν οτι με καλουσαν και δεν το σηκωνα ενω ειχαν 9ψηφιο αριθμο!!! και τελικα μ ειπαν να κανω 1 ωρα αποσταση και βαλε να παω να το παραλαβω απο δω και απο κει ενω ειχα πληρωσει για το σπιτι.
Επισης το δεμα δεν ηταν καν εκει π μου ειχαν πει και πηρα αδεια απο την εργασια μου!!!
Τραγικοι!!!! μισος μηνας και ακομα ψαχνω να βρω το δεμα μου!
The worst metaphor, especially there in Schimatari, unruly and not at all helpful. While I paid to come to my house, they never showed up and after I called them, they said that they were calling me and I did not pick it up while they had a 9-digit number !!! and finally I was told to go 1 hour away and I went to pick it up here and there while I had paid for the house.
Also the package was not even where I was told and I got permission from my job !!!
Tragic !!!! half a month and I'm still looking to find my parcel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατοι. Η χειροτερη μεταφορικη, ειδικα εδώ στο Σχηματαρι και καθολου εξυπηρετικοι. Ενω εχω πληρωσει να μου ερθει στο σπιτι δεν εμφανιστηκαν ποτε πάντα έχουν κάποιο πρόβλημα και σου λένε ότι έρχονται νά παραδώσουν περιμένεις και μία ώρα. πρέπει να κλείσει η να αλλάξει χέρια

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία εξυπηρέτηση ούτε σαν πληροφορία ούτε σαν αποτέλεσμα παραδοσης στον πελάτη. Καμία απάντηση στο σταθερό τηλέφωνο. Μετά θα μας φταίνε οι ξένες εταιρείες που θα πάρουν όλες τις δουλειές και θα κλαιγόμαστε πάλι οι Ελληναράδες...Καμία ποιότητα υπηρεσιών όταν το customer centricity είναι πλέον σε όλες τις εταιρείες το σημαντικότερο όλων.
No service either as information or as a result of delivery to the customer. No answer on landline. Then it will be the fault of the foreign companies that will take all the jobs and we will cry again the Greeks ... No quality of services when customer centricity is now in all companies the most important of all.
