★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εμεινα καθολου ευχαριστημενη εδω στην Ικαρια! Με καλεσαν , δεν με βρηκαν κ μου ζητησαν αφου επικοινωνησα μαζι τους, να κατεβω 6 - 7 klm, σ αλλο χωριο να παραλαβω κ αφου ειπα πως δεν μπορω τελικα παρελαβα μετα απο 2 !!!!!! βδομαδες κ ΟΧΙ στην πορτα μου!Απαραδεκτοι.
I was not happy at all here in Ikaria! They called me, they did not find me and asked me after I contacted them, to go down 6-7 klm, to another village to pick up and after I said that I can not finally pick up after 2 !!!!!! weeks and NO at my door! Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση. Τα ζώα μου αργά. Αν υπήρχε 0 θα το έβαζα. Νοοτροπία ελάτε να τα πάρετε και τα πάνε όποτε το θυμηθούν. Απορώ αν αξιολογούν τα ΕΛΤΑ τους συνεργάτες. Κάθονται μέσα χαλαροί, το μηχανάκι απέξω και η παράδοση χαλαρά… γιατί να αγχωθούν, κούριερ είναι άλλωστε;;;
No mood for service. My animals are late. If there was 0 I would put it. Mindset come and take them and take them whenever they remember. I wonder if ELTA evaluates the collaborators. They sit inside relaxed, the motorbike outside and the tradition relaxed… why worry, courier is it anyway ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μολονότι το συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα είναι το μοναδικό στη Νάξο, έχει περιορίσει τις υπηρεσίες παράδοσης αντικειμένων μόνο στην περιοχή που καλύπτει ο ταχυδρομικός κώδικας 84300. Τους άλλους Τ. Κ. του νησιού, όπως π.χ. τον 84302, δεν τους καλύπτει, έστω κι αν η απόσταση είναι σχετικά μικρή. Έτσι αρνήθηκαν να παραδώσουν πακέτο σε απόσταση μόλις 13 χλμ. μακριά από το κατάστημα. Κατά τα άλλα, είναι εξυπηρετικοί και αξιόπιστοι.
Although this branch is the only one in Naxos, it has limited the delivery services only to the area covered by the postal code 84300. The other PCs of the island, such as e.g. 84302, does not cover them, even if the distance is relatively short. So they refused to deliver a package just 13 km away from the store. Otherwise, they are helpful and reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κοπέλα πολύ ευγενική ! Ο νεαρός εκτός του ότι δεν ήξερε να δει αν έχει έρθει το δέμα μου ούτε με το όνομα αλλά ούτε με τηλέφωνο και μου είπε να φύγω κ να περιμένω να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο , όταν μετά από 3 μέρες με ξαναπήρε με ειρωνεύτηκε κιόλας….! Απαράδεκτος!
