B	Barry Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been a member of a party due in August 2022 we have learnt that the free cancellation policy shown on their website at the time of our booking is false. We asked to cancel and were told we would only get our money back if those dates were booked by someone else. This was not their policy at the time of our booking which showed on their site as Free Cancellation as long as it was 60 days prior to arrival. We cancelled 10 months in advance. Having seen the messages they sent the party booker/planner with threats of keeping the money forever if negative reviews are left I decided not to back down so I can help warn anyone else planning to book here. We are €2000 out of pocket. They can send us that money still but refuse and are using horrible techniques to save their business from bad reviews. We are notifying international trading standards, the local authorities, local groups and leaving reviews even if it costs us. Barry.

They then updated their site to take off the free cancellations text to cover it up. Beware this is a dishonest owner. Images attached are showing their site before and after they updated it to try and fool us out of our payment. Do not book with Elvis Villa Corfu. *In response to your reply I have added one of your messages that clearly shows you will withhold our funds and the pictures that show your site changes which CLEARLY show FREE CANCELLATION. I will also link to a couple of website with the full story soon which are being created to show every single moment of this nightmare transaction with you and full text message chain. Your policy was free cancellation 60 days prior. We gave 10 months. You refused (text to prove) and then changed your website. Please beware of these guys. Lots of reviews showing up on Corfu groups also.

T	Teufik Muhic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were booked in for a party of 15 to enjoy our friends wedding. Sadly they needed to cancel and gave 10 months notice. We all paid towards the deposit of €2000+ and have not received any of it back. They are demanding passport numbers and ID information privately and wanting false (none legal) contracts signed. Their original site was purecfu.com and it showed a 60 day cancellation (canceled 10 months in advance). They since deleted this text and have also now changed their website completely to elviscorfu.com Constant fake contracts, their bank account emptied (our bank confirmed it was a scam and tried to retrieve the money) and an endless list of illegal wants to get the cash back. We have given up and will leave this to the authorities. Do not trust these owners.

The place is amazing and has everything: the villa is so beautifull, the views are amazing, the rooms are very clean and Patrick and Yury are the most loving hosts! Also, Elvis is situated near Gouvia and Corfu town so you can rent a scooter to discover the most amazing beaches and restaurants. We would definitly recommend a stay at Elvis!
