S	Steffen Maas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Unterkunft mit netten Gastgebern. Zufahrt ist etwas holprig, aber Lage ist sehr nah am Golden Beach. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Pool ist leider etwas klein mit wenig Schatten und viel Sand und Insekten. Ansonsten top! Nice accommodation with nice hosts. Access is a bit bumpy, but location is very close to Golden Beach. Rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Pool is unfortunately a bit small with little shade and a lot of sand and insects. Otherwise top!

D	Dimitris Samialis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διπλοκρατηση μέσω booking ( συγγνώμη κύριε , δε πρόλαβα να ενημερώσω τη πλατφόρμα , τι να σου κανω, το έδωσα σε κάτι ξενους...). Απαίτησε να ακυρώσω εγώ, πράγμα που αρνήθηκα . Μιλάμε για κράτησή για μεσα Αυγούστου! Μου έστειλε, αφού διαμαρτυρήθηκα στη πλατφόρμα, μέσω booking προτασεις για άλλα καταλύματα χαμηλότερων standard και στα πιο ακριβά δεν ανέλαβε το κόστος της διαφοράς όπως όφειλε. Το κερασάκι στη τουρτα; Ακύρωσε μονομερώς τη κράτηση πριν δώσει λύση!!!! Οπότε εμείς μαζί με τα παιδιά μας , με κλεισμένα εισιτήρια, να πάμε να πνιγούμε! Τόσο επαγγελματίας!!! Επειδή όπως είδα ο κύριος απάντησε , να του θυμίσω ότι ασχολήθηκε με το πρόβλημα, αφού διαμαρτυρήθηκα στη Booking και τον πίεσαν να ασχοληθεί. Πριν βρεθεί όμως λύση, ακύρωσε τη κράτηση. Η Booking αναγνώρισε την ευθύνη του και ανέφερε ότι θα του ζητήσει να μη το διαχειριστεί ξανά έτσι... Εμείς ευτυχώς τελικα βρήκαμε κατάλυμα, μειώνοντας όμως τα standards γιατί μιλάμε για ΜΕΣΑ ΑΥΓΟΎΣΤΟΥ!!!!!!!!! Duplication through booking (sorry sir, I did not manage to inform the platform, what can I do for you, I gave it to something foreign ...). He demanded that I cancel, which I refused. We are talking about booking in mid-August! He sent me, after I protested on the platform, through booking proposals for other accommodations of lower standard and in the more expensive ones he did not bear the cost of the difference as he should have. The icing on the cake? Unilaterally cancel the reservation before giving a solution !!!! So we with our children, with closed tickets, go to drown! So professional !!! Because as I saw the gentleman answered, let me remind him that he dealt with the problem, after I protested to Booking and they pressured him to deal with it. But before a solution could be found, he canceled the reservation. Booking acknowledged his responsibility and said that he would ask him not to manage it like that again ... Fortunately, we finally found accommodation, but lowering the standards because we are talking about MEANS OF AUGUST !!!!!!!!!
