Όλοι είμαστε πιεσμενοι κ τσιτωμενοι από τις καταστάσεις, πλην όμως η ΔΟΥΛΕΙΑ σας είναι να ενημερώνετε και να εξυπηρετείτε τους πολιτες κ ειδικά στην παρουσα δυσκολη κατάσταση. Δεν ήθελα να μου κλείσετε ξενοδοχείο κ να μου πειτε για τα αξιοθέατα, μια σαφή ερώτηση σας έκανα και πληρωνεστε κ υποχρεουστε να απαντάτε. Εν μέσω πανδημίας, με ένα site που δίνει ασαφείς πληροφορίες σε σχέση με τα ταξίδια στην Τσεχία, δεν απαντάει ποτέ κανείς στο τηλέφωνο κι έχουν αυτόματες απαντήσεις που καταλήγουν σε άλλες αυτόματες απαντήσεις που σε οδηγούν στο site με τις ασαφείς οδηγίες ή σε sites που δεν λειτουργούν πια. Δεν πειράζει, υπάρχουν κι άλλες χώρες να ταξιδέψει κανείς, με πρεσβείες στην Ελλάδα, που το σηκωνουν αμέσως και είναι εξυπηρετικότατοι. Unacceptable. In the midst of a pandemic, with a site that gives vague information regarding travel to the Czech Republic, no one ever answers the phone and they have automatic answers that lead to other automatic answers that lead you to the site with vague instructions or to sites that do not work any longer. It does not matter, there are other countries to travel to, with embassies in Greece, which pick it up immediately and are very helpful.
