★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mary and the other staffs at the embassy were very helpful. We needed to get travel documents due to stolen passports. It took about 3 days & they walked us through the whole process and even called us to make sure we were in the loop. Felt like we were in good hands and they always made us feel at ease.
Always greeted with great smiles & even gave some nice suggestions for places to visit. I’m glad Mary & the rest of the gang has our back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasted a bunch of time trying to communicate via telephone which is impossible due to the telephone operator sending you in endless loops giving you useless information that you can find on the website. On top of that they are only open for 3 hours out of the day making it very difficult for people who have a life to get anything done.
