Then, if you do decide to start, go no further than Emerald Pilates! A great, exquisite studio, run by excellent and very knowledgeable instructor Christianna! She makes every session fun and meaningful, pushes you when needed and encourages you to become better! You will see results in minimal time. If you value your physical and mental health and also want the most value for your money, I can only recommend Emerald Pilates and Christianna. PS: I started Pilates "by accident" and can't let go ever since thanks to Christianna!
