★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Asked attendant for help, she grabbed the shoes and was going to give them to another customer!! Horrible at checkout too, not at all helpful. Shocking compared to all the other stores here.
To answer the owner's question, this was on Ermou Street, upstairs in the Superdry section today around 11,30. I asked if there were other shoe colors in English, and the lady just grabbed the shoes looked at the size, ignored me and apparently it was not what the other customer wanted. There were two attendants the darker older one was fine, it was the younger lighter haired one. Happy to discuss further by email. We are still shocked.
