C	C T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιλέξαμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα δύο χρόνια πριν για την ανακαίνιση του μπάνιου μας. Πλακάκια, μπαταρίες,καμπίνα ντουζιέρας, και έπιπλο μπάνιου. Τα πλακάκια ήταν β' διαλογής(δεν υπήρξε σχετική ενημέρωση κατά την αγορά), τις μπαταρίες τις αντικαταστήσαμε δύο φορές γιατί ήταν ελαττωματικές, ενώ την καμπίνα χρειάστηκε να την αλλάξουμε τρεις φορές, καθώς την πρώτη φορά ήταν σε λάθος διάσταση και τις επόμενες δύο σπασμένη. Το σημαντικότερο, ωστόσο, είναι ότι 15 μήνες μετά το ντουλάπι του μπάνιου γκρεμίστηκε, όχι επειδή τοποθετήθηκε λάθος, αλλά γιατί το εσωτερικό του σάπισε και διαλύθηκε σε κομμάτια. Η αντικατάσταση του συγκεκριμένου επίπλου σίγουρα δεν επήλθε ύστερα από μια καλή και αποτελεσματική συνεννόηση με τον υπεύθυνο, καθώς εξαρχής δεν έδειξε καμιά διάθεση ανάληψη ευθύνης. Δημοσιεύω αυτήν την κριτική όχι επειδή λίγες μέρες πριν μου έμεινε στα χέρια το αριστερό πορτάκι του ντουλαπιού που αντικατέστησε το διαλυμένο (το οποίο το έπιασα κυριολεκτικά στον αέρα), αλλά πρωτίστως επειδή αντιμετωπίστηκα για δεύτερη φορά ως πελάτισσα που διεκδικώ με οξύτητα ένα δίκαιο που δεν έχω. Δεν μιλώ με τη λογική ότι ο πελάτης έχει πάντα δίκαιο. Σίγουρα όμως δικαιούται να αντιμετωπίζεται ως νοήμων και ικανός να εντοπίζει αβάσιμα επιχειρήματα και να αποζημιώνεται άμεσα και εύκολα για κάθε προβληματικό προϊόν που φτάνει στα χέρια του. Υ.Γ.1 Ενημερώνω δημοσίως τον υπεύθυνο πωλήσεων ότι δεν συνηθίζω να κρεμιέμαι από τα έπιπλα του μπάνιου. Για αυτές τις ακροβατικές μου ανάγκες έχουμε προνοήσει οικογενειακώς και τοποθετήσει στο σπίτι σταθερό και ασφαλές μονόζυγο. Υ.Γ. 2 Το παραπάνω κείμενο γράφεται με κάθε σεβασμό προς τους εργαζόμενους της εταιρείας και χωρίς καμία διάθεση να τους βλάψω. Το γεγονός, ωστόσο, ότι τα προϊόντα που διατίθενται δεν είναι απλώς ελαττωματικά, αλλά επικίνδυνα και ακατάλληλα είναι επαρκής λόγος να υπερβώ τους ενδοιασμούς μου και να προβώ σε αυτήν τη δημόσια τοποθέτηση. We chose this particular store two years ago for the renovation of our bathroom. Tiles, faucets, shower cubicle, and bathroom furniture. The tiles were second grade (there was no relevant information during the purchase), we replaced the batteries twice because they were defective, while the cabin had to be changed three times, as the first time it was in the wrong dimension and the next two were broken. The most important thing, however, is that 15 months after the bathroom cabinet was demolished, not because it was placed incorrectly, but because its interior rotted and disintegrated into pieces. The replacement of this furniture certainly did not occur after a good and effective consultation with the person in charge, as from the beginning he did not show any willingness to take responsibility. I am posting this review not because a few days ago I was left with the left cupboard door that replaced the disassembled one (which I literally caught in the air), but primarily because I was treated for the second time as a customer who is acutely claiming a law I do not have . I do not speak with the logic that the customer is always right. But he certainly has the right to be treated as intelligent and able to identify unfounded arguments and to be compensated immediately and easily for any problematic product that reaches his hands. PS1 I publicly inform the sales manager that I am not used to hanging from the bathroom furniture. For these acrobatic needs of mine we have provided as a family and placed at home a stable and safe monogyno. Υ.Γ. 2 The above text is written with all due respect to the employees of the company and without any intention to harm them. The fact, however, that the products available are not just defective, but dangerous and inappropriate is reason enough for me to overcome my doubts and make this public statement.
