s	spyros koudounas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν ένα χρόνο αγοράζω (Μποτάκι Ασφαλείας AUCKLAND HIGH S3 SRC ESD Non-Metallic) στα 86€ . Η πρώτη μέρα στην δουλειά και συγκεκριμένα πατώντας πάνω στην πτέρυγα του αεροπλάνου η αίσθηση της ασφάλειας δεν ήταν τόσο αισθητή θα έλεγα κάθε άλλο(όσον αφορά την ολισθηρότητα σε λαδωμένη επιφάνεια!!! Αφήνω να περάσει ένας μήνας να περπατήσει το παπούτσι μήπως και αλλάξει η συμπεριφορά του αλλά δυστυχώς κάποια στιγμή κόντεψα να γλιστρήσω από την πτέρυγα του αεροσκάφους με κίνδυνο να βρεθώ στο κενό από ύψος κοντά στα 4m με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται!! Τα εν λόγω υποδήματα είναι ακατάλληλα για μεταλλική επιφάνεια που έχουν πέσει πάνω της λάδια και καύσιμα... γλιστράνε αφάνταστα!!! Μου τα πρότειναν σαν κατάλληλα για επιφάνειες ολισθηρές με λάδια καθώς είναι αντοχής στους υδρογονάνθρακες όπως και λέει στις οδηγίες....( Βέβαια ο βαθμός καταλληλότητας είναι το θέμα ) που εγώ σαν αγοραστής δε γνωρίζω και ΥΠΕΥΘΥΝΟΣ γι'αυτό είναι ο καταστηματάρχης ...για να αγοράσω το κατάλληλο παπούτσι που θα μου παράσχει την ασφάλεια που απαιτείται για να επιστρεφω σπίτι μου και στην οικογένεια μου σώος!!!! Αφού εξήγησα το θέμα και το περιστατικό που πήγε να προκύψει στον Κο Εμμανουήλ (25 χρόνια υπηρεσίας έχω ... πρώτη φορά συνέβη αυτό ) και όλο αυτό εξαιτίας αυτών των υποδημάτων...μου είπε ότι να τα πάρω πίσω δεν γίνεται αλλά αυτό που μπορώ να κάνω είναι να σου κόψω ένα 20 ευρώ από καινούργια υποδήματα.!!(δηλ έχω δώσει 86€ και θα έδινα άλλα 50 € με την εκπτωση να πάρω και άλλο ζευγάρι!!όπως και έκανα για να σωθώ.Στην σελίδα υπάρχουν ακόμα τα συγκεκριμένα υποδήματα στην ίδια τιμή και χωρίς την αξιολόγηση που είχα κάνει στην σελίδα του καταστήματος!!! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας!!! Σήμερα κατόπιν συνεννόησης που είχα με τον Κο Τάκη Εμμανουήλ για κάτι χρήματα που ήταν να περάσω να πάρω μετά από ένα λάθος ποσό που πλήρωσα για την αγορά 2 ζευγάρια γαντιών εργασίας.Ενα δερμάτινο αξίας 5 ευρώ και ένα νεοπρενίου και λάτεξ και συγκεκριμένα το (NEOCOLOR VE530) αξίας όπως έλεγε πάνω η τιμή 7 ευρώ. Στην συνέχεια αφού έψαξα λίγο την τιμή και σε άλλα καταστήματα στο Σκρουτζ, το ζευγάρι κόστιζε από 2,80€ - 3,40€. Μπήκα λοιπόν στην συνέχεια και στην σελίδα του εν λόγω καταστήματος όπου για μεγάλη μου έκπληξη είδα και εδώ την ίδια τιμή 2,80€... όλα καλά μέχρι εδώ κανένα θέμα...λάθη είμαστε ανθρώπους κάναμε όπως μου είπε και στο τηλ ο Κος Εμμανουήλ. Να σημειωθεί οτι το προηγούμενο βράδυ έστειλα φωτό τα γάντια σε mail καθώς δεν θυμόταν η υπάλληλος που μου τα έδωσε...αν κόστιζαν τόσο , ποίο μοντέλο ήταν κλπ. Συμφώνησα λοιπόν όταν είναι ο δρόμος μου από εκεί...να μπω να πάρω αυτη την ευτελή διάφορα των 4,5 €.!!( Δεν το έκανα για τα χρήματα!! ) Πέρασα λοιπόν σήμερα το μεσημέρι να μου επιστρέψουν το ποσό. Απευθύνομαι σε μια κυρία μάλλον σύζυγο του Κου Εμμανουήλ όπου της εξηγώ το περιστατικό αναλυτικά ( μου ζητούσε ακριβή τύπο γαντιών κλπ ενώ είχα συνεννοηθεί με τον Κο Εμμανουήλ...) Τεσπαντων αφού της εξηγώ ότι συνεννοήθηκα με τον σύζυγό...μου δίνει το ποσό με κρύα καρδιά και πριν περάσουν δευτερόλεπτα μου λέει φέρτα εδώ!!!!.... γιατί μου λέει δεν ξέρεις τον τύπο ακριβώς... μπορεί να είναι άλλος .. μοιάζουν μεταξύ τους κλπ.!!!! Τελικά μου τα δίνει ξανά με ύφος του ...χάρη σου κάνω και με ακουμπάει εν κινήσει σαν να θέλει να μου πει ... άντε φύγε τώρα!!! Τι να πω.. γράφω τόσα πολλά αλλά στην ουσία δεν έχω λόγια για αυτήν την συμπεριφορά καταστηματάρχη!! Όλα αυτά για 4,5 ευρώ!!!! Όπως καταλαβαίνετε το κατάστημα στάθηκε αντάξιο και στο ύψος των περιστάσεων για την διεκδίκηση αυτού του ευτελές ποσού!!!Ενώ από την πρώτη στιγμή και αφού επιβεβαίωσε το λάθος του θα έπρεπε να τα βάλει στον αριθμό της κάρτας που πλήρωσα και όχι να ξαναφέρει τον πελάτη στο μαγαζί ( ταλαιπωρία, κόστος μετακίνησης κλπ) για να πάρει αυτά που του ανήκουν!!! Να πω ότι το site του καταστήματος άλλαξε την τιμή στα 7 ευρώ ενώ χθές ήταν 2,80€ , 120% πάνω από την τιμή που πωλείται στην αγορά!!! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας! Update:16/5/21. Μετά από την δημοσίευση μου η τιμή διορθώθηκε στο site 2,80. Ευτυχώς εσείς του καταστήματος παίρνετε στα υπόψιν τις αξιολογήσεις! I bought it a year ago (Safety boot AUCKLAND HIGH S3 SRC ESD Non-Metallic) at 86 €. The first day at work and specifically pressing on the wing of the plane the feeling of security was not so noticeable I would say anything else (in terms of slipperiness on an oiled surface !!! I let a month pass before the shoe may change its behavior but unfortunately at some point I almost slipped from the wing of the aircraft with the risk of being in the void from a height of close to 4m with all that entails !! These shoes are unsuitable for a metal surface on which oils and fuels have fallen ... they slip unimaginably !!! They suggested them to me as suitable for slippery surfaces with oils as they are resistant to hydrocarbons as it says in the instructions .... (Of course the degree of suitability is the issue) which I as a buyer do not know and RESPONSIBLE for this is the shopkeeper ... to buy the right shoe that will provide me with the security needed to return home and save my family !!!! After I explained the issue and the incident that happened to Mr. Emmanuel (I have 25 years of service ... this happened for the first time) and all this because of these shoes ... he told me that taking them back is not possible but what I can to do is to cut you a 20 euro from new shoes. !! (ie I have given 86 € and I would give another 50 € with the discount to get another pair !! as I did to be saved. On the page there are still the specifics shoes at the same price and without the evaluation I had made on the store page !!! The conclusion is yours to make!!! Today after consultation with Mr. Takis Emmanuel for some money that was to spend to get after a wrong amount I paid for the purchase of 2 pairs of work gloves. A leather worth 5 euros and a neoprene and latex and specifically the (NEOCOLOR VE530 ) value as the price of 7 euros said above. Then after I searched the price a bit in other stores in Scrooge, the couple cost from € 2.80 - € 3.40. So I went to the page of the store in question where to my great surprise I saw here the same price € 2.80 ... all is well so far no issues ... we are people we made mistakes as Mr. told me on the phone Emmanuel. It should be noted that last night I sent a photo of the gloves in the mail as the employee who did not remember gave them to me ... if they cost so much, which model it was, etc. So I agreed when my road is from there ... to go and get this cheap variety of 4.5 €. !! (I did not do it for the money !!) So I spent today at noon to get my money back. I address a lady, probably the wife of Mr. Emmanuel, where I explain the incident to her in detail (she asked me for the exact type of gloves etc while I had consulted with Mr. Emmanuel ...) Tespanton after I explain to her that I agreed with my husband ... he gives me the amount with a cold heart and before seconds pass he tells me to bring it here !!!! .... because he tells me you do not know the exact type ... it may be different .. they look like each other etc !!!! Finally he gives it to me again in his style ... thanks to you I do and he touches me on the move as if he wants to tell me ... go away now !!! What can I say .. I write so much but in fact I have no words for this behavior of a shopkeeper !! All this for 4.5 euros !!!! As you understand the store was worthy and in the height of the circumstances to claim this cheap amount !!! While from the first moment and after he confirmed his mistake he should put them in the card number I paid and not bring the customer back to shop (hassle, travel costs etc) to get what belongs to him !!! To say that the site of the store changed the price to 7 euros while yesterday it was 2.80 €, 120% above the price sold in the market !!! The conclusion is yours to make! Update: 16/5/21. After my post the price was corrected on site 2.80. Fortunately, you in the store take the ratings into account!

M	Mary G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρέπει να διορθώσετε το θέμα με τις online παραγγελίες. Αλλιώς φαινόταν η στολή στις φωτογραφίες και άλλη μου ήρθε. Είχα πάρει την ίδια υποτίθεται στο παρελθόν σε άλλο χρώμα και μεταξύ τους οι 2 στολές δεν έχουν τελικά καμία σχέση ούτε σε μέγεθος ούτε σε ποιότητα.
