★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!! Μίλησα μαζί τους στο τηλέφωνο και τους είπα ξεκάθαρα πως ενδιαφέρομαι μόνο για Αλεξανδρίτη και τίποτε άλλο . Ωστόσο όταν πήγα στο ρεντεβου με είχανε μισή ώρα και προσπαθούσαν να με πείσουνε να κάνω μια άλλη θεραπεία ενώ εγώ δεν την ήθελα. Αφού πήγαμε να ξεκινήσουμε τη συνέδρια η κοπελα ξεκίνησε να μου κάνει με το μηχάνημα που εγώ είχα πει ότι δεν θέλω όποτε της είπα να σταματήσει και να μου κάνει με τον Αλεξανδρίτη. Να ενημερώσω πως έχω δυο χρόνια που κάνω Αλεξανδρίτη και κάθε φορά οι τρίχες έπεφταν 100%. Τώρα έφυγα από κει και ακόμα είχα στο πρόσωπο μου τρίχες και μάλιστα μου έκαναν και ένα μικρό έγκαυμα . Δεν είχα ποτέ ξανά παρόμοια εμπειρία με Αλεξανδρίτη και δεν θα ήθελα να ξανά έχω . Ένιωθα ότι δεν ξέρουν καν τι κάνουν και ότι απλά ήθελαν να μου παρουν τα λεφτά πράγμα το οποίο είναι εξωφρενικό όταν έχεις να κανείς με το πρόσωπο και την επιδερμίδα μιας κοπέλας.
Unacceptable !! I spoke to them on the phone and told them clearly that I was only interested in Alexandritis and nothing else. However, when I went to the appointment they had me for half an hour and they were trying to convince me to do another treatment while I did not want it. After we went to start the conference, the girl started making fun of me with the machine that I had said I did not want whenever I told her to stop and make fun of me with Alexandritis. Let me inform you that I have been doing Alexandritis for two years and every time my hair fell out 100%. Now I left there and I still had hair on my face and they even gave me a small burn. I have never had a similar experience with Alexandritis and I would not like to have it again. I felt that they did not even know what they were doing and that they just wanted to take my money, which is outrageous when you have to deal with a girl's face and skin.
