★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good location, Pavlos is very kind host and with a lot of attention. The room is big, clean and all what you need.
The shower is large and comfortable.
The Cafeteria restaurant of this complex is the best in Crete. All home made sweets are super. The best Tiramisu in Europe!!!
I am sure that we will be back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the living space was nice. Great bathroom, multiple beds, cool deck, AC, no problems there. However, our biggest complaint is that the restaurant two doors down plays painfully loud music until 4-5am that you can't sleep through on Fridays. Also, the place was missing some amenities and cleaning was provided at random intervals and often incomplete, and our toilet paper was not replaced when we ran out. Towels were also provided at random. We had to buy our own soap, shampoo, dish detergent, sponge. The "free parking" was just regular street parking in Plakias having nothing to do with the hotel. There was no coffee provided, you have to buy it next door at expensive tourist prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great price during off season. Clean unit, comfortable bed, fresh linen and towels, good size bathroom. Too much furniture in room. Staff/manager friendly. The cafe downstairs lent us a french press. Kitchen had most of what you would need...luckily we had a large sharp knife. Good wifi, great sunset view, steps to the beach, groceries and restaurants. Good water pressure and hot water except in morning after a 10 deg night...solar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend this accomodation as it is just few meters from the beach. Clean and cozy inside, kitchen, seaview balcony with chairs and a table, the host is mostly available for any demand as owning the sweets restaurant below the studios. I also recommend the breakfast for a fair price including coffee, natural orange juice and dessert. Plenty of supermarkets and tavernas in few hundred meters range. Must see beaches of Crete around Plakias (10-30km range).
