★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλύτερο σούπερ μάρκετ για εμπόρους. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα στα κρέατα. Εξαιρετικές τιμές για μεγάλες ποσότητες αλλά και για μικρές φυσικά. Εξυπηρετικο και ευγενικο προσωπικό όπως και στο κατάστημα του Ηρακλείου. Ευχαριστούμε παρα πολύ .
The best supermarket for merchants. Very good quality meat. Excellent prices for large quantities but also for small ones of course. Helpful and polite staff as in the Heraklion store. Thank you very much .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Ένα μεγάλο κατάστημα χονδρικής, σε πολύ καλές τιμές χωρίς ΦΠΑ, αλλά σε κανονικές τιμές ελάχιστα χαμηλότερες από τα super markets λιανικής.
- A large wholesale store, at very good prices without VAT, but at normal prices slightly lower than the retail super markets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση σε cash and carry ειδικά το κατάστημα του Ρεντη αισθάνεσαι άσχημα να ρωτήσεις κάτι γιατί φοβάσαι ότι θα τους ξυπνήσεις
By far the worst cash and carry service, especially the Rentis store, you feel bad asking something because you are afraid you will wake them up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πολιτική της εταιρείας απαράδεκτη με χρέωσαν ένα προϊόν 3 φορές το οποίο προϊόν δεν είναι των 5 και των 10 ευρώ όταν πήρα για την επιστροφή των χρημάτων μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να πάω από εκεί να παραλάβω τα χρήματα μου ενώ είχα πληρώσει με κάρτα και όχι μόνο πρέπει να χαλάσω χρόνο και καύσιμα αλλά αν δεν πάω και σε 15 μέρες θα χάσω τα χρήματα μου. Πήρα στα κεντρικά και η κοπέλα το μόνο που μου είπε είναι ότι έχω δίκιο. Καταλάβετε λίγο ότι η λύση δεν είναι να λες στον πελάτη αν έχει δίκιο ή όχι το γνωρίζει μια εταιρεία σαν εσάς πρέπει να βρίσκει λύσεις να εξυπηρετεί τους πελάτες της
The company policy is unacceptable, I was charged a product 3 times which is not a product of 5 and 10 euros when I got the refund I was told that I have to go from there to receive my money while I had paid by card and not only I have to waste time and fuel but if I do not go in 15 days I will lose my money. I got to the headquarters and the girl just told me I was right. Understand that the solution is not to tell the customer whether he is right or not. A company like you needs to find solutions to serve its customers.

Good spot, especially for catering professionals with lots of deals. In sweeteners I found very good opportunities.
