It was given out very stingy bedding and also gasoline was given only once although we had the ship three weeks. When returning the ship in Preveza, the ship was taken for almost two hours and examined. We have never experienced this before. The employees were very taciturn and did not communicate how the return process looks, so we all sat around and had to wait what happens next. Last but not least, the boat should be refueled actually a very simple process, but the agency did not have a tank hose that fit into the tank opening. An employee pressed the hose to the opening and left with the words: look not touch. Result: diesel spilled over the deck. Later we were approached very aggressively by the head of the agency. We told him that the entire return was not very well communicated, which he only acknowledged with the statement that they always do it that way and it always works.

They were also very informative, providing all the necessary information which we needed before the trip, and were very patient when we asked further questions.
