T	Tina Lampraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο-γεματο πρόγραμμα και πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο σερβιτόρος , όμως κάποιες κινήσεις ήταν απαράδεκτες. Αρχικά, δεν μπορούν να σου λένε αν έχεις τραπέζι να είσαι 11 στο μαγαζί και να σε έχουν να περιμένεις έξω όρθιος τουλάχιστον 40 λεπτά με βροχη κ σε εποχή covid με τόσο συνωστισμό.Δεύτερον, αγοράσαμε φωτογραφίες, και με τη δικαιολογία ότι δεν είχε η κοπέλα 2ε ρέστα (κόστιζε 8ε κ δώσαμε από 10ε έκαστος) για την κάθε φωτογραφία εκείνη τη στιγμή, περιμέναμε να μας τα φέρει. Ακομα περιμένουμε.. Ωραίο σύστημα, ντροπή!για δέκα δευτερόλεπτα /κλικς 40ε! Και τέλος, ο σερβιτόρος μας χρέωσε σπέσιαλ φιάλη χωρίς ποτέ να έχουμε παραγγείλει κάτι τέτοιο. Οταν του είπα βέβαια, είπε ότι ήταν λάθος του κ δεν υπήρξε πρόβλημα. Αυτά! Very nice-full schedule and very helpful waiter, but some moves were unacceptable. First of all, they can not tell you if you have a table to be 11 in the store and have to wait outside for at least 40 minutes in rainy and covid season with so much crowding. Second, we bought photos, and with the excuse that the girl did not have 2nd rest (it cost 8e and we gave 10e each) for each photo at that time, we waited for him to bring them to us. We are still waiting .. Nice system, shame! For ten seconds / 40e clicks! And finally, the waiter charged us a special bottle without ever ordering anything like that. When I told him of course, he said it was his fault and there was no problem. That's all!

You pay a significant amount of money and - the staff is rude and at best indifferent. - the squeezing is extreme making it impossible to enjoy the show. 4 people are put in table where only 2 would fit and it is considered normal. Complaining does not make any difference as they simply don't care and they are willing to show you the way out. Definitely not worth it.
F	Fotis Var on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The venue is nice, the stage is carefully designed and the show as a whole, it’s a good experience if your seat is at the front tables closelly to the stage! Yes, if you are a foreigner it’s worth paying a visit. It is what Greeks call bouzoukia. The issue is the place is packed with ppl at all times and one might find the place suffocating. Personally I had booked a 4 person table and found myself at a table with 6 more strangers. The tables are so close to each other that literally there isn’t personal space. That’s the reason I wrote the review cause the money you give at the end of the night doesn’t represent the experience you have. The artists were great though as expected. Lastly the service to my table it was good and I must say they looked after for ice and clean ashtrays. Note to the floor manager: take a few tables away, make the show good experience for everyone on the venue, not just for the “expensive tables”.

F	Fatma Akdeniz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the bad reviews. After reading them, I got scared of going there. But I was eager to see the performance of Giorgos Sabanis. So, I took the risk and went there on Friday night. The place is big. The crowd gathers in one place to see the singers, which is quite normal. All the singers who performed were perfect. Sabanis was amazing, as always! The staff was so kind. I didn't have any negative situation. The only thing I can complain is smoking is allowed, which I don't like in general. Overall, it was a fabulous experience for me. I am glad that I was there that night.
