Η "συνεργασία" μας ξεκίνησε τον Αύγουστο του 2019 και αφορούσε την αδειοδότηση/κατασκευή ενός φωτοβολταικού πάρκου 500kW. Μας υποσχέθηκαν πληθώρα κατάλληλων αγροτεμαχίων έτοιμα για διαδικασίες αδειοδότησης. Στην πραγματικότητα δεν υπήρχαν καν συμβόλαια, ούτε συμφωνίες από τους ιδιοκτήτες. Διαρκώς τους ψάχναμε στα τηλέφωνα και στα μηνύματα. Σε διάστημα 6 μηνών, από Δεκέμβριο έως Μάιο δεν υπήρξε ούτε ενα τηλεφώνημα από μέρους τους, παρόλλο που είχαν πληρωθεί με την προκαταβολή της συμβασης. Τους επισκεφθήκαμε πολλές φορές μόνο για να ακούσουμε τις ίδιες δικαιολογίες. Έώς τον Μάιο του 2020 η εξέλιξη στην επένδυση μας ήταν μηδενική, η ενημέρωση από μέρους τους ανύπαρκτη, η εσωτερική επικοινωνία μεταξυ τους ομοίως ανύπαρκτη, η αδιαφορία απογοητευτική! Αναζητήστε καλύτερους συνεργάτες!

Our "collaboration" started in August 2019 and concerned the licensing / construction of a 500kW photovoltaic park. We have been promised a number of suitable plots of land ready for licensing procedures. In fact, there were no contracts or agreements from the owners. We were constantly looking for them on the phones and in the messages. Within six months, from December to May, there was not a single phone call from them, even though they had been paid in advance. We visited them many times just to hear the same excuses. Until May 2020, the progress in our investment was zero, the information on their part was non-existent, the internal communication between them was equally non-existent, the indifference was disappointing! Look for better partners!
