Ι	Ι Α on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείνοντας την εξωτερική πόρτα του κήπου, γίνεσαι ένα με τη φύση, χάρη στην προσεκτικά χωροθετημένη σχεδίαση των εξωτερικών χώρων του καταλύματος και την τοποθέτηση κατάλληλων φυτών σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία του περιβάλλοντος χώρου. Έτσι ζει και ο επισκέπτης τον οργασμό της φύσης σε κάθε εποχή του χρόνου. Η μεγάλη έκπληξη όμως έρχεται όταν γυρίζοντας το κλειδί της εισόδου της κατοικίας, η χρονοκάψουλα σε ταξιδεύει μέσα σε μια κατοικία σχεδιασμένη στο μέλλον. Τα αισθήματα που σου δημιουργούνται είναι δύσκολο να περιγραφούν. Μένει μόνο να τα ζήσεις επισκεπτόμενος το χώρο οποιαδήποτε στιγμή. Συγχαρητήρια στους εμπνευστές του έργου που κατάφεραν να συνδυάσουν τα επιστημονικά δεδομένα με την έμπνευση και το μεράκι της φιλοξενίας. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ για την εμπειρία που με κάνατε να ζήσω. Κ	Κλεομένης Αθανασόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε στα enervillas 7 άτομα. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στην Πάτρα, περιπου 15-20 λεπτά με το αμάξι. Οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και πραγματικά το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Οι κουζίνα, τα μπανια και τα υπνοδωμάτια ήταν άψογα. Στο υπόγειο υπήρχε επίσης γυμναστήριο και μπιλιάρδο. Το πιο εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι το σπίτι είναι πιστοποιημένο passive house δηλαδή παθητικό κτίριο. Αν και Δεκέμβης όχι μόνο δεν χρειάστηκε να ανοίξουμε θέρμανση αλλά κυκλοφορούσαμε όλοι με τα κοντομάνικα βλέποντας έξω τη βροχή χωρίς να την ακούμε. Πιστεύω τέτοιου είδους κτίρια αποτελούν το μέλλον και ήταν απίθανη εμπειρία να είμαστε από τους πρώτους που μείναμε εκεί. Τέλος ο Δημήτρης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμαστε. Μας εξήγησε επίσης πολλά για τα παθητικά κτίρια. Υ.Γ. Στενοχωρηθήκαμε που ήταν χειμώνας όταν το επισκεπτήκαμε και δεν αξιοποιήσαμε τον υπέροχο κήπο και την πισίνα! Ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι σαν τροπικός παράδεισος! We stayed in enervillas 7 people. The house is very close to Patras, about 15-20 minutes by car. The rooms were spotless and really the house was equipped with everything we could need. The kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccable. In the basement there was also a gym and billiards. The most impressive is that the house is a certified passive house. Although in December not only did we not have to turn on the heating but we all walked around in our short sleeves watching the rain outside without hearing it. I believe such buildings are the future and it was an incredible experience to be one of the first to stay there. Finally, Dimitris was extremely kind and always available for anything we needed. He also explained a lot about passive buildings. Υ.Γ. We were upset that it was winter when we visited it and did not take advantage of the wonderful garden and pool! The outdoors is like a tropical paradise!
Γ	Γεράσιμος Παναγόπουλος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική διαμονή σε ένα εξαιρετικό και πανω απ'όλα φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον κατάλυμα. Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, μοντέρνο, ευρύχωρο, άνετο και ήσυχο..... Μα πανω απ'όλα είναι οι άνθρωποι που το πλαισιωνουν, ο Δημήτρης η Μαρία και ο Φώτης είναι εκεί 24 ώρες το 24ωρο για να σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα χωρίς αναστολές και με απόλυτη σιγουριά. Αν το επισκεφτείς μια φορά σίγουρα θα ξαναπάς. Μια ακόμα καινοτομία ανάμεσα στις πολλές είναι ότι μπορείς να φορτίζεις το ηλεκτρικό όχημα σου ακόμα και αν δε διαμενεις ΔΩΡΕΑΝ, πολυαπλα διότι το κατάλυμα παραγει περισσότερη ενέργεια από οτι καταναλώνει.... Excellent accommodation in an excellent and above all environmentally friendly accommodation. It has all the comforts, modern, spacious, comfortable and quiet ..... But above all, it is the people who frame it, Dimitris, Maria and Fotis are there 24 hours a day to serve you in whatever you need. It is unreservedly recommended without suspensions and with absolute confidence. If you visit it once you will definitely go again. Another innovation among the many is that you can charge your electric vehicle even if you do not live for FREE, simply because the accommodation produces more energy than it consumes ....

Με 3 οικογένειες το σπίτι είναι τόσο καλά μελετημένο πού όποιος θέλει απομονωνεται. Φοβερή πισίνα, εκπληκτικός κήπος με ξαπλώστρες και φυσικό ίσκιο από ελιές. Πολύ άνετο bbq με δικό του εξωτερικό νεροχύτη. Very well thought out house. You have everything with ease. Awesome sleep quality with very good quality pillows and mattress. Very clean. With 3 families the house is so well designed that whoever wants is isolated. Awesome pool, stunning garden with sun loungers and natural olive shade. Very comfortable bbq with its own external sink.
