Π	Παρασκευούλα Καμπάνη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Έπρεπε να είχα παραλάβει σε 2 μέρες το πακέτο και περάσανε 8 μέρες κι έτσι αποφάσισα να τους καλέσω ώστε να δω που βρίσκεται το πακέτο μου. Προφανώς το τηλέφωνο το έχουν για διακοσμητικούς λόγους καθώς δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ! Είναι δυνατόν;;; Κάλεσα τον αποστολέα ώστε να ερευνήσει τη πορεία του πακέτου μου από την Αθήνα από τη μεταφορική που το στείλανε κι έτσι με καλέσανε από τη μεταφορική Αθήνας (σχεδόν αμέσως ) και μου είπανε ότι ο οδηγός από τη Θεσσαλονίκη "ηρθε μία μέρα πριν στη Χαλκδική αλλά δε σας βρήκε επειδή δε σας πήρε τηλέφωνο". Πως θα μπορούσε να με βρει δηλαδή αν δε με καλέσει;;;; Μα είναι λογικά πράγματα αυτά;;;; Είναι;;;;;; Unacceptable! I should have received the package in 2 days and 8 days passed and so I decided to call them to see where my package is. Obviously they have the phone for decorative reasons as they never pick it up! Possible;;; I called the sender to investigate the course of my package from Athens by the transport company that sent it and so they called me from the transport company Athens (almost immediately) and they told me that the driver from Thessaloniki "came the day before to Halkdiki but did not he found you because he did not call you. " How could he find me if he did not call me ??? But are these logical things ???? Is;;;;;;
Ε	ΕΙΡΗΝΗ ΝΙΚΗΦΟΡΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ συνεννοηθηκαμε, πληρώσαμε όσα ζητησαν, αμέσως η ανταπόκριση ήταν απαράδεκτη. Από Αθήνα η μια μπαλέτα πήγε Δράμα! αντί για Θεσσαλονίκη. Ενώ το ραντεβού ήταν για Παρασκευή μεσημέρι, σήμερα Τρίτη τα πράγματα ακόμη δεν ήρθαν. Έπειτα από επίμονες προσπάθειες και τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, από τον Άννα στον Καϊάφα, υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα τα φέρουν αύριο, Τετάρτη. Η δε αντιμέτωπιση στο τηλέφωνο... επιεικώς απαράδεκτη. Συμπέρασμα : είναι κι αλλού πορτοκαλιές. While we agreed, we paid what they asked for, the response was immediately unacceptable. From Athens one ballet went to Drama! instead of Thessaloniki. Οταν τους είπα ότι ήταν χτυπημένο μου είπαν "έπρεπε να το πεις στον οδηγό". Σωστά την επόμενη φορά θα ανοιξώ τα έπιπλα στην μέση του δρόμου οπού τα άφησε ο οδηγος. Ολα αρνητικα και λεω παει το χαλι μου δεν θα ερθει ποτε... αλλα αν υποθεσουμε οτι μεσολαβησε και το 3ημερο της 25ης Μαρτιου, την Τεταρτη με πηραν τηλεφωνο να με ενημερωσουν οτι ηρθε Θεσσαλονίκη το δεμα και τη Δευτερα πρωι μου το εφεραν συο σπιτι (μετα απο 2-3 εργασιμες δηλαδη) . Και πολυ εξυπηρετικοι τοσο στο τηλεφωνο οσο και ο κυριος που μου το εφερε. I had read the comments. Μετά από καθημερινές "επιβεβαιώσεις" ότι η παραγγελία μου θα παραδοθεί την επομένη (και πάει λέγοντας..), αναγκάστηκα να πάω και να παραλάβω η ίδια 10 ολόκληρες κούτες. Δεν είχαν καν τη διάθεση να με βοηθήσουν να τις φορτώσω στο ΙΧ. Too long delays, poor telephone service. After daily "confirmations" that my order will be delivered the next day (and it goes without saying ..), I had to go and pick up 10 whole boxes myself. They were not even in the mood to help me load them on the car.
