★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν καιρό πήγα ένα σκληρό με ζημιά για να δουν κατά πόσο μπορεί να φτιαχτεί και πόσο θα κοστίσει.
Δεν είχα νέα τους για 2 βδομάδες οπότε τους ενόχλησα εγώ.
Μου λένε φτιάχνεται και πρέπει να παραγγείλουμε ανταλλακτικά.
Τους ενόχλησα 2-3 φορές ακόμα γιατί δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση τους.
Τελικά σήμερα πήγα ξανά(με δική μου πρωτοβουλία) και μου είπανε:
- ναι το έστειλαν το ανταλλακτικό, δεν ξέρουμε που βρίσκεται
-πήρατε κανενα τηλέφωνο να δείτε που μπορεί να είναι;
-(σηκώνει τους ώμους και μου δίνει πίσω τον σκληρό) .
Πήρα πίσω τον σκληρό όπως τον πήγα συν 2μιση μήνες της ζωής μου χαμένους.
Δεν ξέρω μπορεί να είναι πολύ καλοί κομπιουτεράδες, όμως επαγγελματίες ούτε για ανέκδοτο...
Some time ago I went a hard one with damage to see if it can be repaired and how much it will cost.
I had not heard from them for 2 weeks so I annoyed them.
They tell me it is made and we have to order spare parts.
I bothered them 2-3 more times because I had no information about them.
Finally today I went again (on my own initiative) and they told me:
- yes they sent the spare part, we do not know where it is
-Did you pick up any phone to see where it might be?
- (shrugs and gives me back the hard).
I took back the hard as I went plus 2 and a half months of my life lost.
I do not know they may be very good computer scientists, but they are not professionals either for a joke ...
