Not a good experience with the e shop but even before I went to the specific store it received vague answers regarding the receipt of the products.

Με ένα κομμάτι μεγάλου χαρτιού,μπορείς να ξαπλωσεις άνετα να δοκιμάσεις επάνω στα στρωμένα κρεβάτια!!ευχαριστούμε κ.Διονυση!!! A lady with a beautiful look served us and won us over in a few minutes. The staff the strong paper of the store along with the products.

Οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν και σε οδηγούν στη σωστή αγορά στρώματος και κρεβατιού ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του καθενός καθώς είναι γνώστες ολων των προϊόντων που πουλάνε. Το αρνητικό σε όλα αυτά του είδους μαγαζιά είναι ότι δίνεις χρήματα για τη συναρμολόγηση και τα μεταφορικά τα οποία ανεβάζουν το κόστος κατά πολύ. Fantastic with a great variety in beds, mattresses and more. The employees are polite willing to serve you and lead you to the right purchase of mattress and bed according to the needs of everyone as they are aware of all the products they sell. The downside of all this kind of shops is that you give money for assembly and shipping which raises the cost a lot.

Παρήγγειλα ένα κρεβάτι κ ένα πουφ 1-12-21 Τα παρέλαβα μετά από 75 μέρες!! Και τα δυο Λάθος. Το κρεβάτι σε μεγαλύτερη διάσταση !!! Κ το πουφ σε άλλο χρωμα ! Αφού μου ζήτησαν συγνώμη μ είπαν πως πρέπει να περιμένω άλλες 35 ημέρες για να μ φέρουν τα σωστά ! Χθες 11-4-22 Μετά από 4,5 μήνες μ παρέδωσαν το κρεβάτι της αντικατάστασης (σημείωση το οποίο μετέφεραν χωρις συσκευασία!!!!!!!) κ ξέχασαν να κανονίσουν να αποσυναρμολογησουν κ να πάρουν το Λάθος!!! Καμια συνεννόηση σε κανένα επίπεδο το κατάστημα πέταγε το μπαλάκι των ευθυνών στα κεντρικά τα κεντρικά δεν είχαν ιδέα ποιος φταίει.. Πλήρης ασυνεννοησία κ πλήρης ανευθυνότητα. My experience with the Kifissia store and with the sato in general was extremely disappointing. I ordered a bed and a pouf 1-12-21 I received them after 75 days !! Both Wrong. The bed in a bigger dimension !!! The pouf in another color! After they apologized to me they told me that I have to wait another 35 days for them to bring me the right things! Yesterday 11-4-22 After 4.5 months they handed me the replacement bed (note which they transported without packaging !!!!!!!) and forgot to arrange to disassemble and take the Wrong !!! No communication at any level, the store was throwing the ball of responsibilities at the headquarters, the headquarters had no idea who was to blame .. Complete misunderstanding and complete irresponsibility.
E	Evgenia Xenopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας τον καναπε 4 θέσεων που αγόρασα 1600€ πριν από 6 μήνες, μπορώ να πω ότι η αγορά δεν ήταν επιτυχής. Η κατασκευή μέτρια, κάθεσαι και τα μαξιλάρια καθίσματος φτάνουν στο πάτωμα, δεν υπάρχει κάτι δλδ να τα κρατάει στη θέση τους και το γέμισμα των μαξιλαριών του καναπε κάκιστο. Κάθεσαι και όλα τα μαξιλάρια πάνω κάτω παίρνουν κακό σχήμα που για να τα φέρεις στην αρχική τους κατάσταση πρέπει να κάψεις 1000 θερμίδες κάνοντας τους «μασάζ» και «χτυπώντας» τα. Αν δεν ασχοληθείς να φτιάξεις δλδ τα μαξιλάρια κάθε τρεις και λίγο φαίνεται σαν ενα έπιπλο που το έχεις 10 χρόνια και έχει υπέρ χρησιμοποιηθεί. Το μόνο που άξιζε και το χρυσοπλήρωσα ήταν το υδροφοβικό ύφασμα. Κατά τα άλλα με 1600 ευρώ παίρνεις καλύτερης εταιρείας καναπέ, μακάρι να είχα κάνει έρευνα πριν επιλέξω την εντός. Having the 4 seater sofa that I bought for 1600 € 6 months ago, I can say that the purchase was not successful. The construction is mediocre, you sit down and the seat cushions reach the floor, there is nothing to hold them in place and the padding of the sofa cushions is bad. You sit down and all the pillows up and down get a bad shape that in order to bring them to their original state you have to burn 1000 calories by "massaging" and "hitting" them. If you do not bother to make the pillows every three or so it looks like a piece of furniture that you have had for 10 years and has been used for. The only thing worth it and I paid for it in gold was the hydrophobic fabric. Otherwise with 1600 euros you get a sofa from a better company, I wish I had done some research before choosing the one inside.
