★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα αστέρια πάνε στους υπαλλήλους που είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Κατά τα άλλα νομίζω ότι η ποιότητα δεν συνάδει με τις τιμές. Ακόμα και σε περίοδο εκπτώσεων και πάλι ακριβά μου φαίνονται για την ποιότητα τους. Επίσης εάν κάποιος θέλει να χρησιμοποιήσει πιστωτική με δόσεις για τις αγορές του, δεν υπάρχει ιδιαίτερη ευελιξία.
The stars go to the employees who are very helpful. Otherwise I think the quality is not in line with the prices. Even in a period of discounts, they still seem expensive to me for their quality. Also if one wants to use installment credit for one's purchases, there is no particular flexibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφού είχε περάσει ένας μήνας από την παραγγελία μου, ζήτησα να μετατραπεί μέρος της παραγγελίας σε τιμολόγιο,, αρχικά μου ανέφεραν ότι αυτό δεν γίνεται λόγω της πολιτικής τους, έπειτα όταν τους ζήτησα που είναι γραμμένο, αυτό άλλαξε και μου είπαν ότι θα υπάρχει πρόσθετη καθυστέρηση 2 μηνών. Όταν έκανα την παραγγελία ήταν αρχές Δεκέμβρη που γίνονταν ο πανικός και είχε λιγότερη αναμονή, με την αλλαγή ενός παραστατικού, χρειάζονταν η ίδια παραγγελία που είχε πάρει σειρά, να καθυστερήσει δύο μήνες. Φταίει η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών,, φταίει το λογιστήριο, ότι και να φταίει, δημιουργούν δυσαρεστημένους πελάτες. Αναμένω να δω και το αποτέλεσμα:)

Customer service is to blame, accounting is to blame, whatever is to blame, they create dissatisfied customers. I expect to see the result :)

When you are looking for a sofa you should definitely go through and from there try the comfort of their sofas! Very nice place and very kind staff. Very good quality.

Περιμένουμε κρεβάτι εδώ και 52 ημέρες και ακόμη καμια ενημέρωση, μόνο στο περιμενε.
