Great place for lazer, i would recommend them as ive seen great results so far. Staff here are extremely kind and welcomimg. Keep it up.

I came here looking for information on hair loss treatments and my overall impression couldn't have been worse. The prices are ridiculously high but the worst part is the stuff. They tried to persuade me that my problem was very serious and that I should take immediate actions "while I still can, before it gets even worse". Even if this were true (and, honestly, it might have been the case) the lack of empathy with the patient was flabbergasting! They, then, started pushing me to pay them an advance for their services, to make sure that I won't "miss out on their offer, available only for a certain number of customers" (marketing techniques straight back from the 90s), even though I was very clear in that I would have to think about it. Their lack of professionalism is evident even here: instead of taking ownership of the complaints of customers, they try to imply that the complaints might be related to different locations, based on the fact that "they couldn't find any information registered on their database for these customers". Let me save you the trouble by telling you that you will definitely not be able to find me either. I explicitly asked for all my personal details to be deleted from your database as you might well remember!

Warning for visitors: this place is a scam. First things first, the prices are atrocious and you can find the exact same treatments at literally any other doctor/medspa outside of this area for a TENTH of the price. If, while walking down ermou street you are offered a "free" facial treamtent or whatever, or any leaflets, REFUSE, otherwise you'll be pressured to follow the employee into a secluded office inside the spa. If this happens, you'll be under EXTREME pressure to accept their "one time deals" which are rubbish. Just to let you know, you can find full body laser sessions for 70-90 euros in doctor's offices. Also don't give them your phone number no matter what, they'll call you every day for new "offers"

I just suddenly realized that after all those years, I need to actually give this place a review. Please , do not use the “your name is not registered with us” to discredit my honesty. So typically , I was stopped somewhere in the streets but their agents. Pushed me to accept a free therapy or something. I was like okay whatever , so I followed them. At some point during our discussion , I asked about mustache and beard laser treatments. (It was for my mom who had an overgrowth of facial hair). The suggested price was 1100 if I can recall properly. I was just an 18 year old girl who worked hard to collect money for my studies but I felt the need to give my mom a present since I came across such opportunity. ( I was very naive and didn’t know much about the world.) They made me pay 1100 for it . What scammers ? They also made me sign a paper that says that they provide 10 treatments only when they had told me that until every single bit of hair is removed , I can come as many times as possible without extra charge. I confronted them and they said that it’s just a matter of bureaucracy. My mom started the treatments and then the scammers at EONIA asked for an extra 300 to laser the WHITE hairs. My naive mom paid the amount. Then they asked her for a second time to pay an extra 300 for the white hairs. She refused. The hairs are still there. Sorry but I didn’t know that white hairs can be LASERED ? At that time when I was 18 they also made me pay 450 for facial treatment to eliminate my acne. I asked whether it will eliminate my acne fully or not. (Just a young naive girl) they said that OF COURSE it will forever. It was a lie The treatment was just a few cheap facial creams and they removed the Whiteheads with some crystal. Nothing done to my acne . Total 3 times I was shocked. They wanted me to pay extra 400 for a chemical treatment. It’s not their fault. It’s WE who are dumb enough to trust them. Go somewhere else. They are a joke and they need to be investigated
