★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τόση ταλαιπωρία για ποιο λόγο;;; Ο ασθενής πρέπει και θέλει να εξυπηρετηθεί γρήγορα. Ένα μαύρο χάλι υπήρχε. Οι φωτοτυπίες άθλιες με μια μαύρη γραμμή στην άκρη να μην μπορείς να διαβάσεις τι γράφει. Το σύστημα (Η/Υ) ποιο αργό από την καθυστέρηση. Οι υπάλληλοι ... ας μην μιλήσω για αυτούς. Και να φανταστείς ότι είχα όλα τα χαρτιά έτοιμα!!!! Εικόνες από τριτοκοσμικές χώρες.
 So much trouble why ??? The patient needs and wants to be served quickly. There was a black mess. The miserable photocopies with a black line aside you can't read what he's writing. The system (PC) slower than the delay. The employees ... let's not talk about them. And imagine that I had all the papers ready !!!! Images from third world countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού online. Πήγα στην ώρα μου και εξυπηρετήθηκα αρκετά γρήγορα. Ο κύριος στο δεύτερο όροφο ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και με βοήθησε πολύ με τα χαρτιά μου. Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα το δημιουργούν εκείνοι που έρχονται χωρίς ραντεβού και στήνονται μπροστά στην είσοδο.
I made an appointment online. I went on time and was served fairly quickly. The gentleman on the second floor was very kind and helped me a lot with my papers. The biggest problem is created by those who come without an appointment and stand in front of the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπρεπε να διευθετηθεί ένα θέμα με την αναρρωτική μου και μπορώ να πω ότι η υπάλληλος κ. Φώτου χωρίς κανένα προσωπικό συμφέρον με εξυπηρέτησε άψογα, γρήγορα και άκρως επαγγελματικά!! Υπάρχουν και δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι που πραγματικά δουλεύουν.
An issue had to be settled with my illness and I can say that the employee Mrs. Fotou without any personal interest served me perfectly, quickly and very professionally !! There are also civil servants who really work.
