★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση πελατών. Γρήγορη ανταπόκριση και μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου. Για μένα το προτείνω διότι εξυπηρέτησαν σωστά δεν είναι δημόσια υπηρεσία με την αρνητική έννοια. Προτείνεται.
Immediate customer service. Fast response via email. For me I recommend it because they served properly it is not a public service in the negative sense. Suggested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπάρχει καθυστέρηση στην απόδοση των χρημάτων από τις λογοθεραπείες. Αυτή τη φορά η αναμονή έχει ξεπεράσει κάθε όριο καθώς έχω καταθέσει χαρτιά από 09/08 και ακόμα δεν έχω πληρωθεί! Έλεος!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι το λιγότερο! Ήθελα να καταθέσω τα χαρτιά για γυαλιά οράσεως στις παροχές. Αρχικά πήρα τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσω αν χρειάζεται ραντεβού και μου είπαν ότι δεν χρειάζεται. Τους ενημέρωσα ότι ανήκω στο Ίλιον και αν μπορούν εκεί να με εξυπηρετήσουν και μου απάντησαν ναι. Έδωσα εξουσιοδότηση στη μητέρα μου να πάει να τα καταθέσει και δεν την δέχτηκαν γιατί της ειπαν ότι πρέπει να τα καταθέσει τελικά στο Αιγάλεω. Είστε απαράδεκτοι που ταλαιπωρείτε έτσι τον κόσμο. Σεβαστείτε λίγο τον κόσμο, γίνετε υπεύθυνοι και μάθετε να κάνετε σωστά τη δουλειά σας. Και προφανώς όταν σας τηλεφωνησα για να ζητήσω το λογο τα ρίχνατε αλλού.
